  • Our main goal as a business is to provide a place for the women in this community where they can strive to live a healthy lifestyle without feeling judged.

It's so difficult to put yourself in a vulnerable position and take that first step into trying to be a healthier version of yourself. Gyms can be so intimidating with the strong, grunting men or when every female looks like they've never had a donut in their life. 🍩

That's why we try to provide as many services as we can for every member to help them in their health journey. We want WFS to be a place where women can get healthy in whatever way they feel is best for them. 🌼

✔a fitness room filled with weights and cardio equipment🏋️‍♀️
✔a huge variety of fitness classes🧘‍♀️
✔personal trainers to assist you with one on one workouts 💪
✔spa services such as facials, massages, and waxing 🧖‍♀️

Working out with a partner or group can improve your motivation, give you accountability, provide a healthy competition, and it's more fun!

One of our personal trainers (Shannon) worked out with the owner (Ange) today and they smoked their legs. If you want to do their workout, here it is:

▫️Squats- 4 sets, increase weight every set and decrease reps. 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps.
*Tripleset
▫️*Knee Squats- 4 sets, 12 reps
▫️*Banded Hip Thrusts- 4 sets, 10 reps
▫️*Glute Bridge- 4 sets, 10 reps
*Superset
▫️*Duck Walks with Pulses- 4 sets, 15 pulses. Inch walk the cable out and pulse for 15 reps in squat position then inch walk back in.
▫️*Cable Squats- 4 sets, 10 reps
▫️Cable Pull-thru- 3 sets, 12 reps
▫️Curtsy Lunge- 3 sets, 10 (each leg) reps
