This couple of photos were taken at my leanest I’ve ever been. If you are curious this is me at 12-13% body fat, one frequent ask question when I’m super lean is if I still have my period while being this shredded.
The answer is YES! And why? Simple! I didn’t starve myself to get here! And never deprived my body of any macro or micro nutrient! If you have watched every diet update I have posted you always see I have plenty of calories, sometimes I gravitate to higher carbs, or higher proteins. Fats I always keep them moderate just because my body doesn’t respond well after certain levels of fat intake.
When it comes to dieting, and chase a certain goal, a certain look! The healthiest way will always be to do it SLOWLY! If you wanna get shredded the most sustainable way will always the a way that allows you to eat more! A diet that is mindful of your needs around your macro micronutrients! This way you won’t be getting mentally drained so consistently! And you have to be able to perform well in the gym! If you wanna lose that body fat while building an athletic shape! Keep and build some curves while at it! You have to include resistance training and it has to be challenging! And in order to accomplish that you need enough food (source of energy!!).
And to speak about the opposite goal! Gain weight, Gain muscle mass! You have to conservative on your calorie intake if you don’t wanna gain unwanted extra fat! And not only speaking of your looks you have to be mindful of your digestive and cardiovascular system! So watching your calorie intake during a bulk process is key for your look and your health!!

I’ve gone from one extreme to another as to what I believe would be my ideal body look. At one point I admired all of the girls who had extreme muscular legs and became obsessed with the notion of acquiring such an “extreme” physique.

I put the word “extreme” in quotations because that was MY perception of perfect. I feel that our generation has adapted a constant obsession with being “perfect”, but do we really understand what we are actually trying to achieve?

I talk to a lot of different girls who have amazing bodies in the industry and sadly they still view themselves as imperfect, still waiting to achieve the “ultimate” body, this frustrates me because I can find perfection in each one of these girls.

Intimidation is now a byproduct of the standards society has created. So now we have young AND older women feeling so intimidated instead of feeling excited to try new things, like going out in public, to the gym to wear certain things and try new activities.

WHATS THE FIX? I found that by focusing on myself instead of giving so much attention to all the women and commercials with the “perfect” ideal bodies has really allowed me to pay more attention to what I want for myself instead of what society is making me believe I want. FOCUS on the self to improve what’s really wrong with me, -the way I THINK of myself- has made me the strong woman I am now.

It’s not an overnight fix and you do need to spend TIME and work at this EVERY SINGLE DAY! We all expect things to get fixed or push problems aside hoping they’ll go away, guess what? They won’t they will still be there, so take a hold of yourself NOW and focus on yourself because the last thing you want is to end up bitter, depressed and wishing you could have had a happier life ❤

Fat loss tip: This is another very efficient way to burn off some extra calories, like the post I made yesterday, while working on your cardiovascular endurance! This is to be done in conjunction with your regular weight training routine. You can split trainings in order to re-fuel the body and do your weights later in the day. And if you don’t make sure you are fueling your body accordingly, eat well and hydrated properly. -
Whenever I go off my diet I add these type of workouts 3 times a week with one day separation in between them to not overkill my body, this lifestyle is about sustainability and longevity. If you cheat on your diet please don’t overkill yourself with excessive workouts in a day or starve yourself with super low calorie diet, always play for the long run.

Here’s the routine:
⚠️ Perform as a circuit x5 90 seconds rest after completing each.
1️⃣ Clean/front squat 15 reps
2️⃣ 20” box jump 1min
3️⃣ Push up crossed climbers burpee to hanging leg rises 1min

Use that extra fuel in your body to get a better pump in your workout! And why the large muscle group? Simply because it will be more demanding and you will burn more calories!

1️⃣ Back Squat 5x10 in 1.5 rep fashion. As shown in video perform one partial rep from the bottom to the half and then go down again perform one full rep that’s 1 (it will burn don’t hate me)
2️⃣ Reverse Lunges with slider to good mornings 4x12
3️⃣ Single leg abduction resting leg holds tension in squat position 4x1min (30 seconds each leg)
4️⃣ Leg extensión 4x10-20 first 10 reps single leg resting leg waits on iso hold then 20 reps both legs.

Why do I post nude implied photos?

For me, it’s the purest representation of my body and the work I’ve done to sculpt it! It’s me accepting and celebrating who I am and who I’ve chosen to be.

The perception you make in your head about this photo is completely up to you and it’s your right to have it. I can debate it, however I can’t change it, our perception is shaped by our education, our experiences and current surroundings. Many of you will comment or think “oh look at her craving attention..” but I’m not asking for praises I’m not looking for anyone’s approval and I’m not here to offend anyone.

I only want to encourage you all to accept yourselves and work on the parts of you, weather it be body mind or soul or all of those, that you feel need improvement. This photo is more for myself than anyone,  it’s a reminder that I had about 10 years of hating my small breasts and feeling down on myself with no direction or purpose in life, until I decided to work me, inside and out. Loving me as I am and improving what i feel can be improved.

This represents who I am, this me at me most vulnerable state, love it, hate it, all I know is that I have come to love who I am today, after much soul searching after much hard work, I am happy, and that’s all I want for you all, to search for your happiness and keep working your ass off to obtain it, every single day.

I never take selfies, because 1)I feel like I’m being too vain while doing it and 2) it takes me 452348162662 tries before I actually get a “decent” one 🤣💁🏼‍♀️ but this day I was feeling myself ❤️ and even though I am a bit reluctant to post this because I’m always against selfies, sometimes we need a little reminder from our inner goddess that it’s ok to feel this way. So ladies as you’re getting ready to go out tonight or whatever it is you’re doing, stop by the mirror to remind yourself just how beautiful you are 🙏🏼 #iloveme and that’s ok 🥰

Nunca tomo selfies, porque 1) siento que estoy siendo demasiado vanidosa mientras lo hago y 2) me toma 452348162662 intentos antes de obtener uno "decente" pero este día me sentía linda ❤️ y aunque soy un poco reluctante a publicar este tipo de contenido porque siempre estoy en contra de los selfies, a veces necesitamos un pequeño recordatorio de nuestra diosa interior de que está bien sentirse así.
