  • Trying this out today. I think it's amazing that @alistnutrition are stocking the @cutler_nutrition range from @jaycutler the products are so well put together and this is something I will be using for the foreseeable future. I'm not big on high stim preworkouts so this will fit me perfectly.

  • Looking for a new neoprene belt? Been using @xshapebykate belt for all this week and gotta say it gives great support. Would be great for stones, loading races etc and also for using during your sessions just to support and keep warmth in the back. Great for injury prevention and for a lifting aid. Also can be used by the ladies as a waist trainer.

  • Todays leg session. Was a hot one!! Warm up with light leg ext 4x20
Squats 5 sets 5 with 250kg
Hack squats 3 sets of 10 narrow stance 10 wide as a super set
Reverse lunges into goblet squats, 3 sets of 10 each leg and 10 goblet squats
Leg ext 6 sets of 20, 2 sets toes out, 2 toes parallel and 2 toes in
Calf raises 3 sets of 30, 10 toes out, 10 parallel and 10 toes in.

  • I'm obviously gutted to not be competing at @giantslivewsm Wembley but the break was needed for my sanity. I will be at the event doing the meet and greets along with being in the pre comp meet and greet thing. Its gonna be an incredible contest along with the world deadlift championships. 
One thing I will say it's great that we have one of these events down south so I urge all strongman fans down here to support the show so they continue to happen down here. I plan on being back next year and would love to get to compete in London again.

  • It's not always just about doing the fun exercises. I hate these with a passion but definitely gets the glutes firing. Could be a useful warmup tool for deadlifts and squats if you have glute issues

  • Monday morning check in done. 7 weeks in and still making progress. 11 weeks to go.

4th of August @2brospro_events will be the show I do. Getting really excited now.

  • Some vids from legs today. So because of being away a couple of days this week my training got a bit allover the place so did hamstrings and glutes Friday so was still very sore. Obviously my focus is not on big weights currently but pleased with how squats felt. Did 180 for 5, 200 for 5 then 3 sets of 5 at 220kg. Plan was to do 180 for all 5 sets but felt better tha ln I expected. Also did calves, reverse lunges into goblet squats and these vids shown. Hack squat was 4 x 20 and leg ext was 6 x 20. Great session and another ticked off.
