  • Just one of those days.....that was SUPPOSED to be an “off day” (cardio only) but I decided to do a little 20 min conditioning circuit before finishing my last 30 of cardio for the day🔥. .
It’s really hard for me to take a full off day this close to the show. Maybe I won’t go all out and destroy my muscles with a super taxing/heavy lift, but I feel like I want to make use of every day and push myself a little more to ensure I’m at my best in 14 days! 
As it gets harder you gotta PUSH HARDER!! 👊🏼

  • It’s common to hear about face treatments but why not improve the skin on your body as well???

I had my first Venus Freeze treatment today at @hw.medspa 
The purpose of this treatment is to tighten/firm skin and lessen the appearance of cellulite/stubborn fat by stimulating collagen production. This is absolutely not a miracle fat loss tool, however if your skin is healthier/firmer, it can greatly reduce how fat appears on the outside! .
As a competitor and someone who is now in her mid 30’s, this treatment was something I was very interested in. Age and dieting up and down can 100% have an effect on skin elasticity/tightness/firmness so I’m looking forward to seeing some improvements from this! 🙌🏽

I’m not “perfect” every day. I try my best to keep my mind right but occasionally I catch myself in an “off” moment and have to check my shit. The reason I’m ok talking about it is because it’s a MOMENT. I don’t allow it to snowball into ANY negative action, or even a day long mental meltdown. In fact, I usually transfer my negative moments into something much more epic - which is exactly what happened today....I had one of my best workouts of the whole week 🔥

Nobody is perfect. We all have our moments, but it’s important to understand that it’s not the passing thought or moment that counts,  but more so what you do with it. That’s the diff between a “participant” and a champion! 🕊 #LADYTHEFUCKUP .
