A.) Reverse Barbell Curls
B.) Dumbbell Hammer Curls . *Exercise 4: Overhead Extensions - 12/10/8 *Exercise 5: Superset - 3x12
A.) Skull Crushers 
B.) Close Grip Press Pulse Reps . *Exercise 6: Bench Dips - 3 sets until failure .

During this arm workout focus on controlling the weight, and going to failure within the rep range. It’s a great workout to do when your gym is crowed or doesn’t have a lot of options. Try it out, and if you have any questions or concerns please comment them down below!
