  • To my ex wife. Thank you for raising our three kids to be intelligent, well spoken kids who stand up for themselves. Things had been rocky between us for a while, but I’m really grateful we are able to get along for the kids sake these past few months. I appreciate all the practices you have taken them to, dinners, and things you have done for them since they were born. Now that they are almost all adults you have become much nicer to me so I wanted to let you know I appreciate that😁 I am really happy we are getting along and I’m able to talk to the kids more. You are a good mother to them and it’s clear why they love you so much. @jinbeautiful

  • My mother is the most beautiful woman. She is the number one supporter in my entire family. Thank you for telling pop to take me to the boxing gym with him, and always understanding my hyper activity as a gift instead of a burden. This lady is the reason I am who I am today, my blue eyes, and my big heart. Thank you mommy. You are a true Queen. I have been blessed to call you my own.

  • Damn it’s been 20 years since I KOed John Brown at Fantasy Springs in my 8th IBF Lightweight title defense. It was my last fight as a lightweight. There was no one who could see me in that division so I had to move up to get the challenge I wanted. Three fights later I got my big break against Oscar De La Hoya. Many ask me why didn’t I stay at lightweight when I was dominating the division, and I have to say it’s because I wanted to fight the best. I never backed down from a fight. I believed I could beat anyone. Vernon Forest proved me wrong a few years later. I probably could of stayed lightweight and had an undefeated run but where is the fun in that. The world would have missed out on the legendary fights between me at Oscar De La Hoya, Vargas, Mayorga, and Margarito. Man what a run I had. Thank you the fans for supporting me through my career. Respect.

  • Giving my 2 cents on 🦊 about the welterweight division and who should fight Pac-Man next. The division is pretty good right now so I think it would be a good a fight between a few of the guys. @tbudcrawford is my guy so would love to see him get the shot. I couldn’t decide on the show since I had to choose from the PBC guys but after thinking on it I gotta go with @keithonetimethurman he is undefeated and I would like to see an old head test him out and see what he is made of. Spence is great but I don’t necessarily want to see him fight PAC right now. I think I would like to see him develop his skill a little more before fighting that tough of a fight. He should fight the others in the division first. Like Porter, Danny, etc.

  • Gratitude up to the Universe for the life I have lead, the bonds I have made, and the things I have achieved. So much on the horizon, but I always take the time to be grateful for the moment I am in now. #LivingLegend #HallOfFame #Boxing
