  • I’ve never been more in peace with myself since I’m here. Far away from all the stressfull situations, busy life, economic pressure etc. Here, not everything is about money but far more about being happy from the inside out with as less as possible.   • Aaaaand we made it to BALI!😍🐉🌴 What a travel ohhmygod..We actually needed to spent our first two days at Nusa Lembongan but the luggage service decided other way. We needed to wait over an hour to get our luggage and therefore missed the last speedboat to the island. Now we’ll stay in Seminyak for 1 day and tomorrow early morning we’ll go to Nusa Penida for another day (it seems to be more worth it to visit) and after we’ll stay the rest of our holiday in Ubud. So excited to discover this amazing island. 😍 Any travel tips / excursions we really should do? Lemmeeee know

  • I know this isn’t a spectacular transformation for many out there since I wasn’t extreme obese before I started fitness, but anyhow I’ve come a long way too. What did I change to get where I am right now? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I started weight lifting 4-6 days a week

I COMPLETELY changed my lifestyle. I used to live on bread and chocolate all day..[Read: I still do eat bread and chocolate but in moderation, yes you can enjoy delicious food while working on a better body! Read below]
I started to track my calories and macro’s. I know many think all of those numbers are too extreme & get you crazy, yes it is a lot to calculate but trust me it’s the best way to recognize “your” problem. For many people it’s not a lack of physical exercise but they are just not aware of HOW MUCH they consume on a daily basis. You’ll likely underestimate how much you eat during the day..remember to lose fat you need to be in a caloric deficit (burn more energy throughout the day than you consume). If you’re not really familiar with fitness I’d highly suggest you to start tracking everything. It will cost you half of the time when you have a structured diet and workoutplan that suits your goals instead of guessing everything. This is basically everything I’ve changed, no you don’t need fancy supplements to get started or new gym gear to get started. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

No you don’t need years to see some progress, all you need is a training plan which suits your goals along with the right mealplan. When you have both, all you need is consistency.   • This outfit may do me look like a super hero but I definitely don’t always feel like one. I know a lot of people think I’m always strict on the road, diet, training, mindset wise but I do struggle with bad days too. More often than you all think. Having a passion is one thing, having the right mindset is another one. You should master your thoughts, get your mindset on point before being able to see results. To continue. But know that it is okay to feel crap, to have days where you’re guessing yourself like “why am I doing this all for?” As long as you can answer that question, you’re doing the right shit. I personally choose to not (always) share my bad days with you guys because I’m here to motivate you, not the opposite. It doesn’t feel good to me, I feel responsible in a positive way. But through posts like these I do let you know that the road will never be linear for ANYONE, not even your biggest idols in the world. We make mistakes, we feel shitty, we stand up, we smile, we work our ass off again!😌💪🏼💗
