This is a pyramid workout for the first 3 exercises. Complete 20 of video 1, 20 video 2, and 20 video 3. Then rest. Then do 15 of each. Then 10, 5, 10, 15, and 20 for a total of 285 reps. It should take about 30 minutes

Ok so I am crying. Before I met @joshbowmar, I was a dairy and egg free vegetarian and competing in shows. I KNOW the struggle of finding a vegan protein powder that doesn’t taste like the red wood forest. We have been working on this since before the start of BN. We have went through dozens and dozens of formulas and flavors. And finally- I am HONORED and PROUD to launch our vegan line with these two flavors: peanut butter cookie and chocolate almond coconut. Even if you’re not vegan or dairy free- y’all will lose your mind over these! Thank y’all for believing in us. I can’t wait to hear reviews from your first tastes of these.

*leg raises should be controlled- no swinging. If you are swinging, switch to hanging knees to chest until your core is stronger
