*2 x baked potatoes
*3 tablespoon olive oil
*1 tablespoon of barbecue spice
*Salt and pepper
Slice the potatoes, drizzle with barbecue, salt, pepper and oil very generously. Bake in the oven at 200c in 45 min.

Roasted veggies and homemade tzatziki 💚 Some of you have asked for this recipe - made with slices of potatoes, broccoli, carrots, snack pepper and onions. I use to make them with 4 tablespoon of olive oil and a gently tablespoon of cumin and paprika. Mix well and bake 35-40 min in the oven at 200c until golden and crispy.
