  • Crispy friday fries with avocado creme. First slice, then drizzle, cook and devour. πŸ”₯ Ingredients comes right here:
*2 x baked potatoes
*3 tablespoon olive oil
*1 tablespoon of barbecue spice
*Salt and pepper
Slice the potatoes, drizzle with barbecue, salt, pepper and oil very generously. Bake in the oven at 200c in 45 min.

  • Stuffed Basil Zucchini Involtini. 🌿 Do you want this recipe? It’s basically zucchini stuffed with fresh basil, a simple basil pesto and cheese (I used vegan cheese - but you can use any kind of cheese). This pan is baked in the oven with a creamy tomato sauce - and smells like basil all over. Hope you can use this vegan and gluten-free dish for your next weeknight dinner!

  • Roasted veggies and homemade tzatziki πŸ’š Some of you have asked for this recipe - made with slices of potatoes, broccoli, carrots, snack pepper and onions. I use to make them with 4 tablespoon of olive oil and a gently tablespoon of cumin and paprika. Mix well and bake 35-40 min in the oven at 200c until golden and crispy.
