Wearing the power collection by @womensbestwear 💅🏽 which I Absolutely adore! In size small top and bottom and yes it is squat proof and super soft!!! How often do I train abs? Honestly I train abs once-twice a week hence why on the @toneandsculptapp it’s designed like this and if you want to incorporate more you can do so under “other workouts”❗️. Everyone has preferences and everyone is different but for me personally I like to give myself time to rest and recover properly before hitting a muscle group again.

There was a time where the idea of training my arms actually made me scared!😶 I remember the days I used to train my lower body every single day because the thought of having a muscular arms just put me off so much.
