  • Often I get people message me about how they are nervous to start weight training in the gym. They say the fear of feeling judged is what stops them from starting. I understand it is hard but anything new that you do will always bring doubt. Fear is just an illusion you create. I promise you no one in the gym cares what you are doing, they are so focused on their session and situation. If you aren’t sure what to do in the gym speak with a personal trainer. Once you go to that first session it only gets easier from there.. trust me! @trueprotein WPI
