She says "I am sooo proud of myself for finishing another 4 weeks of BBG!! 🏋🏻‍♀️ This program changed my life so much!! Thank you @kayla_itsines ❤💕 The left picture shows me almost exactly 5 months ago, at the beginning of my journey to a new me! 🧐 I was overweight ⚖️ unhappy 😔 and very self-conscious.. 😨 I knew I had to do something in order to feel better! The picture on the left is me this morning! 🤩 I am healthier👩🏻‍⚕️ 11,4 kg (25 lbs) lighter 🎉 happier 😃 and more self-confident💃🏻 It's such a great feeling that I don't ever want to miss! I still have some kg (lbs) to lose but it's always great to see how far I've already come! ❤”⠀

  • ⁣SNACK TIME!!!! You ladies KNOW by now (unless you've just started following me - then welcome 😁) that this is one of my favourite snacks. If you're after a quick, healthy snack, you just can't beat fresh cut up veggies and a delicious dip like guacamole, hommus or beetroot! I really LOVE the addition of dolmades (stuffed grape leaves) on this plate 😍.⠀

  • ⁣Hahahaha so true! 😂. Who has done this before?! Sometimes even if you KNOW you have to do something, it can still be hard to get motivated. One of my top tips for getting motivated, is to write down WHAT you want to achieve and HOW you're going to achieve it. If you can see how you are going to reach your goal, it will make the journey that much easier 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼.⠀

  • ⁣Hahahaha so true! 😂. Who has done this before?! Sometimes even if you KNOW you have to do something, it can still be hard to get motivated.   • ⁣Hi ladies😁😁!!! It's #Sunday here in Adelaide, South Australia... I am just about to put on a jacket hahaha (it's actually so cold outside) and head out with Arna to get my #LISS session in. She loves being pushed in the stroller... well actually, I love it because she goes to sleep and it’s so cute. PLUS I get to get out for some fresh air 😁. I was never ever one to WANT to walk outdoors in winter, now I love it!! Also in true ‘Kayla style’, I bought a phone attachment for the stroller...so...you guessed it, I can STILL WATCH NETFLIX AND WALK HAHAHA. Winning!! (I walk through the park where there’s no cars haha). #BBGCommunity what are you favourite ways to get your #LISS in?? #commentbelow ⠀

  • ⁣Let's talk about REST. Ladies, you NEED a rest day and should absolutely not feel guilty taking one!! Taking a rest day gives your immune system, nervous system and muscles time to recover from the hard work they've been putting in during the week. Giving yourself a breather also allows you to jump back into your fitness routine, fresh, ready and with renewed FOCUS 🧐💪🏻. How are you spending your REST day? Comment below!⠀

  • For the Northern Hemisphere ladies heading into Summer, there is seriously nothing more refreshing than a delicious bowl of NICECREAM 😍🍦(its called nice cream because its like ice cream... but healthy! haha). 'Nice cream' is an awesome alternative to regular ice cream, made from peeled and chopped up frozen bananas which means it's rich in potassium, high in fibre and free of refined sugar. You can also add protein powder to make it a great pre or post workout snack 👏🏼👏🏼 To be clear, I personally do not really use protein powder but I know SOME ladies love it so I do try to include it in some recipes where I can! It's totally optional! ⁣
