  • 3 weeks until my holiday!! I've in the last two weeks started adding in some cardio to my gym routine just to increase that calorie deficit without having to reduce my food as I'd rather move more and eat the same amount of food than decrease on cals.πŸ˜‚ 3500 cals equals 1lb of fat. If you just diet OR exercise then you'll feel like you're doing it to the extreme. You'll either feel hungry or dissatisfied with your food or you'll feel tired and achy and hungry from just training all the time. If you do a bit of BOTH then it is easier to get the results without crazy unsustainable compromises. So a little more training with working harder during your sessions ( lift some heavy ass weights!) and that, coupled with a slight decrease in your calorie intake should help you get to where you want.

I've built this booty with not one banded workout. I've picked up heavy shit up and put it back down again. Sometimes I feel  people get so wrapped up in the cute 'insta' workout ideas that they they forget about the fundamentals!  Do your squats, do your press, do you deadlifts and then supplement with band work etc. Don't make band work the main focus of your sessions.  Feeling super summery even though its freezing outside!   • Happy bank holiday weekend!! Pic on the left me when I was around 22 years old and desperately needed a brush and clearly wearing a feather skirt and no make up for a night out was fine! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Pic on the right is from October last year. I think my dress sense got better and I learnt how to work with my face! I also learnt how to create shape with my body through working out! It's funny cos the idea of getting older freaks me out but I think based on this comparison I'll take age! πŸ€ͺ
