  • Are you running a set program right now or just training by feel?๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ I think there can be a time and place for training intuitively but having a program to follow and just getting to the gym and executing it with no excuses is so powerful. Currently sitting at 162 lbs and shooting for body recomposition as I really dial in my training. Hitting Day 6 of Week 1 today and so far Iโ€™m really enjoying the higher frequency (pretty much every bodypart being hit 3X per week) and slightly lower volumes per session. How are you guys enjoying the routine so far?
