  • After posting this on my story the other day you guys wanted to know more about my breakfast cakes I like to make, so here it is:
*ingredients can be lessened or modified to hit bulking or cutting macros/calories*

1 Serving 1,000 Cals 
3 Eggs
20 g coconut oil
40g brown sugar
2oz spinach 
100g mixed frozen berries
130g Oat Flour (blended oats)
Vanilla extract 
Pink Salt / Baking Powder 
Cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
