  • Love love love GIANT Sets! Today’s #dlbdaily shoulder day was all giant sets. I love filling up my shoulders with a ton of volume. I like throwing 3-4 exercises at them at time kinda like a circuit. Keeps the workout super intense, fast paced, and get it done much quicker. -
This was part of the front delt giant set. Full set went a little like diiiiissss:
1️⃣ DB shoulder press (sit/stand)
2️⃣ Single DB Front Raise
3️⃣ *Lying Cable (rope) Front Raise
4️⃣ *Lying Cable “Finisher” Press-up

Shoulder Press I went heavy for 5-6 reps, then everything else around 10-12, and the finishers to failure... Give it a whirl your next shoulder day. -
TIP: 🐶puppy kisses are super anabolic. So make sure to kiss a dog after each set. -

  • Want to make the rest of your leg day really suck??? TRY pre-exhausting with leg extensions and curls but finish with 2 sets like THIS.... Swipe to see the worst part.

I did about 3 sets with just regular drops (10 drop 10) then two sets that goes like this:  heavy 8-10 reps, drop, 8-10 reps again, drop, 8-10 reps again, drop, then 10-15 bottom partials, then static hold with Rob pushing down. #FXCK

After that, take a couple laps walking back and forth (while Kaia follows in concern) and contemplate actually doing that AGAIN! 😳

Do this with leg extensions and leg curls and the rest of your workout will definitely suck and you won’t need much weight.

I had the pleasure of taking these guys through a huge Lateral Raise Pyramid Dropset. Basically every set we did we added a dropset. So fist set was 1x10 (just 10 reps no drop). Second set was 1x10drop10 (so single dropset. Third set 1x10drop10drop10. Fourth (which is the end of the video) 1x10drop10drop10drop10 with manual resistance. Don’t know what that is, go watch me finish it the video, then go give them a try!!!

  • Not every workout is a good workout. Seems as though I been having fewer good ones in this last month. I’ll chalk it up to still recovering. However, I’m smiling because ya know what, shit could be worse. Shit could be waaaay worse than a bad workout. Doing something, regardless of how long it was or how good it was...is always better than nothing.... Plus, my mom will be so happy to actually seeing me smiling. 😁 Just get after it!
