Full HIIT Leg Workout: 30 seconds each
๐Ÿ‘ Drop Box Squats- you can also for these without a box to modify! ๐Ÿ‘ Single Leg RDL- Stagger the back leg instead for a beginner version (or if you just want to go heavier)
๐Ÿ‘ Jump Side Lunges- Just a little hop, nothing crazy. Push through your heel to activate those glutes ๐Ÿ”ฅ
๐Ÿ‘ Reverse To Curtsy Lunge- you can switch between legs each rep to get you moving more if youโ€™d like!
๐Ÿ‘ Squat To Shoulder Press- You can exclude the shoulder press and add a pulse or jump if you want to focus on strictly legs ๐Ÿฆต

๐Ÿ‘ Cable Hip Abductor/Adductor: If you donโ€™t have a seated abductor/adductor machine, these are a great alternative! Even if you do, these are a great variation for the outer glutes and inner thighs! 4x10

  • Our post renovation house tour is finally LIVEEEE on my YouTube channel!! So sorry it took so long to record ๐Ÿ˜ญ I realized itโ€™ll probably never be 100% done but itโ€™s come such a long way. Itโ€™s felt like home since the day we moved in and I couldnโ€™t be happier or more grateful ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ’• Also donโ€™t hoe my dying tree, I recently learned I 100% do NOT have a green thumb.
