Full HIIT Leg Workout: 30 seconds each
🍑 Drop Box Squats- you can also for these without a box to modify! 🍑 Single Leg RDL- Stagger the back leg instead for a beginner version (or if you just want to go heavier)
🍑 Jump Side Lunges- Just a little hop, nothing crazy. Push through your heel to activate those glutes 🔥
🍑 Reverse To Curtsy Lunge- you can switch between legs each rep to get you moving more if you’d like!
🍑 Squat To Shoulder Press- You can exclude the shoulder press and add a pulse or jump if you want to focus on strictly legs 🦵
Minimal rest between each exercise & 1 minute between circuits! Then repeat 5x 😛😈🍑🔥

🍑 Side Lunge: Killler for the outer glutes! 4x10
🍑 Goblet Squat X RDL: Goblet squats for the glutes and quads straight into RDL’s for the hamstrings and glutes! 4x8
🍑 Cable Hip Abductor/Adductor: If you don’t have a seated abductor/adductor machine, these are a great alternative! Even if you do, these are a great variation for the outer glutes and inner thighs! 4x10
