Lower back pain πŸ”ͺπŸ”ͺ can be Incredibly frustrating! 😑 This yummy stretch will have you begging to go to your local Pilates class! Sooooo delish! 😍

It also opens up the chest muscles! More specifically the pec major. Which is our hugging muscle and it needs to fly free to allow the back to do it's job in a non-painful way. 😍

I love this sequence! If you don't have a Reformer #nogymnoproblem πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ just sit on your couch and twist and side bend thru your inner thighs. Feels sooooo yummy! See a visual in my stories. πŸ₯°βœ¨

1st variation ~ So good for challenging ribcage flair. So stinking hard but a great prep to assist in keeping strength in the front body as you learn to mobilize your back body. πŸ˜…πŸ’ͺ

2nd variation ~ Safer version than the 1st video but the same Rockstar moves. πŸ’ͺ

3rd variation ~ Add upper back extension. Pro Tip ~ Use your deep exhale to help stabilize your shoulders and core as you lift your upper back up. .
