Please get your facts straight @scotthermanfitness. It’s unfortunate that you have to discredit others to make yourself look better. You even picked on @growwithjo. She went to school for kinesiology and has helped countless women.
You should know that I actually watched some of your instructional videos when I was learning about fitness. It’s disappointing to now come across a video on your youtube page titled “INSTA-GAHHHBAGE” with my image attached to it. I have never had injections to enhance my body. My body was BUILT and my RESULTS are a reminder of how far I have come.
[To respond to some of your "criticism"]
•All bodies are different so FORGIVE my "ass for jiggling" to prove to you that my gains are real. The woman you used in the side by side video looks like she has very low body fat, that is not the case for me. You are perpetuating the stereotype that women that lift have “hard as a rock” glutes.
•You mentioned that I am genetically blessed with a “big fat booty.” I want to ask you- when I was getting bullied for being skinny, was that part of my “genetic blessing” too? Should my genetics get all the credit when I have made sacrifices to go to the gym for 5+ years?
•The “light weights” I use in my videos have a context to them. For instance, light weight squat jumps coming DIRECTLY AFTER leg press. I do understand the importance of weight training hence why I have included a section in my Advanced Glute Guide regarding “How to Select the Proper Weight Training Load” and have encouraged #brisbabes to track and increase their load to ensure progressive overload.
•You said you went through my program and mentioned it was $100. Yet, my 12 Weeks Glute Guides cost $49.99. You are constantly redirecting people to your app, your website, and your youtube content during the video which makes me question your underlying motive.
•My program has helped so many women and there are transformations photos to show.
Before you make false claims provide REAL PROOF. You can pick a doctor to assess whether I have done injections, sort the logistics, and I will show up.
PS- Scott, it is demeaning to call a woman’s butt a “pancake booty.”
Don’t mistake thinking that this is easy for me. We each have to push through difficulty to get to our results.

The workouts in the AGG are even more of a challenge. In addition, there will be some different exercises and training methods in the program. Key topics are discussed in detail such as: the importance of strong glutes, glute activation, the difference between overload and progression, how to select the proper weight training load, recovery mechanisms, and how to take body measurements and track your results. There is even a glossary covering popular fitness terminology. There are 30+ terms defined in a way that is easy to understand. The length of the AGG with the Healthy Eats Ebook included is 68 pages. The plan is gym based and this is the recommended equipment: abductor machine, adductor machine, ankle weights, barbells, bench, bosu ball, cable machine, free weights, leg curl, leg extension, leg press, platform, resistance bands, and smith machine.

Many times in the last month, I have been momentarily taken back to reflect on what once was.
I had just sat down, eager to eat my homemade French toast, when it happened to me again. Suddenly I was in my childhood kitchen. Conscious of how much maple syrup I could pour atop my breakfast. Because maple syrup is expensive Briana- you should only use a little.
Then I was here again...my warm meal staring back at me. It was in this instance that I realized that the limitation I had then, no longer existed. I didn’t have to worry about that anymore.
I know that this matter may seem trivial to most, but in that moment... I was in utter awe of God’s goodness. Surely there is more to come❤️. For both you and I!
It felt like the right time to answer some of your questions that you had for me on a previous post!❤️❤️
Question: What are three workouts that have transformed your booty?
Answer: Barbell hip thrusts, squat variations, and lunge variations.
Question: How do you handle any external/internal pressure to look a certain way?
Answer: People will always have their preferences for how you look. That’s natural and everyone has their own *taste.* However, they won’t be the one living in your body, showing up to the gym to do your workouts, or spending time cooking your meals. YOU WILL BE. Your preference is what matters and your decisions should be a reflection of it.
Question: What’s a good meal to grow the booty like you?
Answer: If you want to gain weight you need to be eating in a caloric surplus. You could do this by: increasing portion sizes of the foods you already eat, snacking throughout the day, adding in more calorically dense foods, drinking additional calories, etc. There isn’t a certain “booty growth meal” that you are required to mimic in order to see results. However, I will give you an example of a meal that I ate today in case you are curious! I ate: hake fish, plantains, beans, rice and stew.
Question: Is there a chance of getting your programs in Spanish?
