I remember when I was in college, lifting sometimes felt like such a chore 😩 but, I had goals I wanted to achieve so I needed to find a way to keep me on track and motivated in the gym 💪🏼 Incorporating unique exercises that are still highly beneficial towards your growth was key for me 🤗 Don’t get me wrong, I still stuck with basic compound lifts BUT I added some creative exercises into that mix and I fell in love 😍
