➊ KB Sumo Squat - 4 sets x 12 reps
Position your feet just a bit wider than shoulder width to work more on the quads (and a bit wider stance to work on your inner thighs, hamstrings and glutes) Toes slightly pointed out and keep your body upright. 
➋ KB Stiff Legged Deadlift - 4 sets x 12 reps
A slight bend to your knees and keep your back flat. Lower until you feel the stretch in your hamstrings and glutes and slowly drive through heels back up.

➌ BB Hip Thrust - 4 sets x 12 reps
Use the glutes to push the hip as high and controlled as possible, pause for a moment at the top with a big glute squeeze! 
➍ Elevated Reverse Lunge - 4 sets x 16 reps (8 each leg)
Step back and let the front leg create a 90 degree angle. Single leg movements helps to increase stability, fix muscle imbalance. This slightly elevated one helps hip flexibility and make your quads and glutes work harder. 
➎ Squat jumps ➏ Jumping lunges 
Finishing up with some jumping exercises for that extra burn! 🔥

  • These last 48 hours have been an emotional roller coaster. It all started when someone stole my belongings. I know material things are replaceable BUT I also thought I wouldn’t be able to access my Instagram, ever again. Around 7 years of dedication, hard work and You guys, gone. And not being able to let you know what was going on. 
I’ve been so sad and upset (thanks Richard for being so caring and comforting, you are the best! 💗). I will always treat others like I would like to be treated, and I expect others to do the same. Call me naive but I will always try to see the good in people. I’m aware of the fact that I will get disappointed in some cases, turned out this was one of them..
Now, 2 days later I got contacted. It turned out the thief realized it was wrong and turned it in. I was so relieved when I found out and I even got it back in the same condition as before. I’m not saying this whole thing was okay, not at all. But we will all make mistakes in life. I think it says a lot about people how they choose to fix them. 💕
