120/264 on Bench moving like it should
235/519 on Deadlift @slippage 
Going back to mixed on deadlift just cuz I like to pull faster and feel as if I wasn’t getting that big of a benefit from hook. My grip totally sucks now tho so gotta work on it once again. Time to get better :)
