 Крамбл - английский пирог, который готовят из крошки песочного теста. Ингредиенты
Тыква удлиненная  1\2 шт
Яблоки  5 шт
Изюм  1 ст
Сахар, мука  по 150 г
Сливочное масло  100 г
Овсяные хлопья  3 ст.л

Приготовление: Очистить тыкву, удалить семена, нарезать мякоть небольшими кубиками. Сложить в форму, поставить в хорошо разогретую духовку на 20 минут. Очистить яблоки от кожуры, семян, плодоножек и сердцевины. Нарезать также кубиками. Сбрызнуть яблоки лимонным соком, чтобы они не потемнели. Растереть муку с маслом в крошку, затем добавить сахар, хлопья, немного лимонной цедры. Все перемешать. Перемешать тыкву с яблоками и изюмом. Выложить в форму для выпекания, пересыпать сахаром. Посыпать сверху крошками. Выпекать пока верх не станет румяным, около получаса. Приятного аппетита!

  • 🌿Recette de la semaine :
• Mini frittatas épinards/tomates séchées •
J’ai revisité ce plat italien en le végétalisant. La frittata de base est une sorte d’omelette cuite en 2 temps ; on commence la cuisson dans une poêle sur le feu puis on la termine au four.
J’ai préféré partir sur une recette simple et surtout rapide à réaliser, j’ai donc opté pour une cuisson au four uniquement!

Vous aurez besoin de :
- 80g tofu soyeux
- 120ml lait végétal
- 80g farine de pois chiche
- ~ 6 tomates séchées hachées
- 1 poignée d’épinards frais
- 2-3 champignons de Paris coupés
- Persil ciselé
- 1 CS. oignon semoule
- 1/2 cc. ail en poudre
- 1/4 cc. Curcuma en poudre
- Poivre
- Fromage rapé vegan pour gratiner (facultatif)

1/ Dans un saladier, mélangez tous les ingrédients dans l’ordre listé.
2/ Puis, versez cette préparation dans un moule à muffin en silicone huilé (pour facilité le démoulage).
3/ Enfournez 25min à 180 degrés.
4/ Attendez 10min avant de démouler et dégustez tiède!

La farine de pois chiche et le tofu soyeux remplacent à merveille les oeufs en apportant du liant à la préparation. Pas besoin de mettre du sel, les tomates séchées en ont déjà.

Quite often when we go to places like this I decide not to have anything and sit with a coffee.. Maybe that is where I've been going wrong? I need to keep in mind that I am not on "a diet", I am changing my lifestyle and it is absolutely normal to have a wee treat every now and again! The problem is that i have previously been someone who is all or nothing and can't just have one treat without going mad! However, I am in a good mindset in regards to losing weight and today I joined in with our fun lunch and I enjoyed every bit ❤😍. Especially the company of my wee family....

  • Mustard oil is  essential part for our daily cooking for vegetables n achaar n fried items.
We love to used mustard oil in vegetables specially.today I'm sharing with u all bhagarey baingan recipe. Very yummy n goes very well with garlic rice. Do try at home. "BHAGAREY BAINGAN" 
INGREDIENTS
Half kg small brinjal 
1 tsp tamarind 
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
2tbsp poppy seeds 
1 tbsp roasted peanuts 
1 tbsp grated coconut 
Half cup mustard oil 
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 
1 cup  onions paste 
1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
1/2 tsp coriander powder 
1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder 
1/2 tsp garam masala 
1/2 tsp chilli powder • Salt to taste 
Method. • Slit brinjals from both the sides without cutting the vegetable completely.rub little salt and put Roasted masala inside the eggplant. • Soak tamarind in 2 cups of water for half an hour. • For the masala, firstly roast peanut, til,poppy seeds, coconut then make a smooth paste of seseme seeds, poppy seeds, roasted peanuts and grated coconut.now add little masala inside the eggplant.
• Heat 2 tbsp of mustard oil in a pan and fry the brinjals till they become soft and keep aside. • Heat the remaining oil in the pan; add chillies, curry leaves,sautee then add then add ginger-garlic paste and onions and fry until the onions turn light brown. • Add the prepared masala paste and fry for 1 minute, while stirring continously. • Add the turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder, garam masala and chilli powder and mix well. • Add the tamarind juice, and salt, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes. Add water if needed. • Add the fried brinjals, cover and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes or till the brinjals are completely cooked. • Add the coriander and serve hot.
