  • Act on Inspiration 
The purpose of the cleaning is to then be able to act out from a place of inspiration rather than from memories and limitations

Part of this consist also in giving up on our current goals so that we may be open to receive something bigger than what we were expecting 
Fabio used to have a lack of purpose that was causing him huge mood swings plus he was suffering of a deep social anxiety.. After 3 ho'oponopono coaching session we were able to get to the root cause of this problems that were originated in his childhood 
Once that he stopped identifying himself with the small self and cleaning up unnecessary memories he found himself effortlessly connecting authentically with others and by releasing the emotional blockages of fear and doubt now he embraced his greatness this as a byproduct influenced for the better many areas of his life.. I'm very happy to see him now thriving in a business centered on his passion.

  • Props are my jam! When I began my yoga practice I didn’t want to use props because in my mind props meant you needed help. Insert “overachiever” here. While yes that can be true and let me add if you need help surrender to that need and take the help so you don’t hurt yourself. But it wasn’t until one of my yoga teachers encouraged us to use props during a class a few years ago to deepen our poses that I realized props not only help when you are trying to achieve a pose but they also help to achieve going beyond the pose. The moral to this post is don’t be resistant to the help when it is presented to you. The help is not there to tell you that you are wrong and you can’t. #Hanumanasana
Dedicada a Hanuman, el poderoso jefe de los monos de la mitología hindú, porque conmemora sus poderosos saltos.
Consiste extensión total de las piernas una delante de la otra, con las caderas tan paralelas como sea posible, tonifica los músculos de las piernas y relaja y fortalece los músculos abductores de los muslos.

Pero sobre todo es una postura que nos muestra que tenemos un potencial ilimitado y que solo hay que descubrirlo, entrenarlo y potenciarlo para darnos cuenta de que somos capaces de todo si lo hacemos de corazón.

I arrived to Thailand just a few days ago but the amount of food I have consumed correlates directly with a whole month of meals🙈.. I literally can’t control myself!! especially with the 🥭 and 🍜 ..everything is so fresh, so tastyyy ahhhhh just writing this capture is making me hungry again and literally I just had a huge Green Papaya Salad (Som Tum).. btw If you are in the area, you must try them! they are out of this world🤤
