· Estiramientos: isquiotibiales, pantorrillas, caderas y espalda
· Mejora: la digestión y estimula el hígado y los riñones.
· Alivia: dolores de cabeza, insomnio y síntomas de ansiedad.

Uttanasana se puede hacer de varias maneras: pies juntos o separados, manos a la pared o silla, apoyada en la cabeza, agarrarse a los codos o los talones, con un columpio y muchas otras variaciones para ayudar a alargar la columna vertebral y el tronco lateral.

  • The Power of Awareness with “I AM”. ⚡️⚡️⚡️ Sohum is a Hindu mantra, meaning "I am He/That" in Sanskrit. In Vedic philosophy it means identifying oneself with the universe or ultimate reality. 
I AM is a feeling of permanent awareness. The very center of consciousness is the feeling of I AM. 
I may forget who I am, where I am, what I am, but I cannot forget that I AM. The awareness of being remains, regardless of the degree of forgetfulness of who, where and what I am.

  • Clase de yoga 🧘‍♀️ sinónimo de paz y relajación 
Hemos escuchado que las personas que asisten a las clases de yoga logran encontrar una paz interna y una relajación en sus cuerpos.  Esto se logra por la respiración. Hay que mantener una respiración pausada y tranquila. Cuando la respiración es lenta el ritmo cardíaco disminuye. Se utilizan distintas técnicas de relajación en el cuerpo. Por ejemplo: hacer un recorrido por todo el cuerpo enfocándonos mentalmente en distintas partes como en los dedos de los pies , la espalda baja. Además existen diferentes asanas o posturas que ayudan a relajar nuestro cuerpo . La más utilizada es savasana o postura del cadáver. ✅ síguenos @yogaguaynabo

Does that work? Yes, it can be done through mindfulness in moments of movement and activity by focusing on the sensations of the here and now. For example, today on my way to an appointment I practiced in the car by focusing on the sensations of breath, the touch of the steering wheel, the bumps as the car drove over them, etc.. And let’s be real, we could all use a little bit more mindfulness while driving 😬. .

Pick an activity in your busy schedule and dedicate 5-10 minutes to being “all in”- focus on your breath, your thoughts, and sensations. Keep up with your practice even on the go! .

I get a lot of questions about how to deepen your back bending practice, which is why I’m SO excited to share my latest single class on @Alomoves.
This Wheel Variations sequence is an offering that will assist you along the exploration of your heart.

  • Werbung | Wann habt ihr euch das letzte Mal so richtig Zeit genommen? Gestern haben mein Freund und ich uns Urlaub genommen um einfach mal einen Tag zu entspannen und runterzukommen - und irgendwie macht es einen riesigen Unterschied ob man das unter der Woche oder am Wochenende macht. Ich starte jetzt auf jeden Fall viel entspannter in den Freitag und kann es nur empfehlen 🥰 quasi ein Tag Mini-Urlaub, den man sich einplant und wo man die Batterien wieder aufladen kann ☺️

When was the last time you really took time for yourself? Yesterday my boyfriend and I took a day off for a little mini vacation and it felt so good to recharge the batteries 💛it makes such a difference to take a day off during the week vs. the weekend! I am definitely starting much more relaxed into this Friday and I can only recommend actively planning mini breaks like that 🥰

  • Hoy celebro por que mi #manipura chakra últimamente ha estado más alineado que nunca.
.
Esta semana nos hemos concentrado en la relación con nosotros mismos.. aprender a convertirnos en la persona más importante de nuestras vidas, en confiar en nuestra intuición y aprender a despegarnos del ego 😉.
.
Eso se ve reflejado en nuestra digestión, en la capacidad de tomar decisiones asertivas y en no tener miedo a pararme de cabeza sin mucho apoyo de las manos 😆.
.
Es cuestión de práctica y mucha paciencia.
