Это может быть – укрепление здоровья, поддержание хорошей физической формы, снятие стресса, общее развитие, самопознание, или просто очень приятное проведение времени. Йога – это процесс индивидуального развития личности, на пути которого вы познаёте именно Себя – без привязки к семье, детям, родителям, друзьям, работе и так далее.

Практика йоги – это ваше личное пространство, в котором есть только вы и ваши глубинные переживания. На индивидуальном занятии инструктор является проводником в мир ваших переживаний. В таком формате инструктор имеет возможность узнать ваши индивидуальные потребности и составить для вас такой график занятий, который будет подходить именно вам. Здесь нет привязки к направлению занятий, заявленном в расписании, здесь главное – это ваши внутренние потребности.

Pranayama is science of controlling the prana. When building breath control one should be very much aware of how time, place and circumstances affect the practice. Mind, Prana Sarira and breathing are interconnected. With breathing one can affect the mind and with mind one can affect the breathing.   • I’ll never forget my first chin stand☝🏻
Seriously😆 I was so afraid to flip and break my neck🙈🤪
I had to “talk” to myself for a while , and promise that everything going to be ok🙈
Actually it happened for the first 3-5 times and then I finally got used to it😂😂😂
.
So if you are scared to try any of the postures , you should know you are not alone! If you think you are ready, or better if you have a supervisor😆 GO FOR IT! Try it!

Same in life! New things are kind of scary...But we still try❤️

Мне было так страшно🙈 Я думала, что упаду назад и сломаю себе шею🤪

Долго уговаривала/успокаивала себя, потом все-таки решилась попробовать!
Страшно было ещё раз 5; потом привыкла😆
.
Так что, если вы боитесь попробовать что-нибудь новенькое - вы не одни! Мы все чего-то боимся!

В жизни ведь также! Но ... пока не попробуешь не узнаешь😆 Так что дерзайте!❤️

  • Being a sleepy girl with busy life is hard 😴

Taky toho máte někdy hodně, spoustu věcí na práci, furt někde lítáte, ale nakonci dne máte pocit, jako byste nic neudělali a nemáte ze sebe vůbec dobrý pocit? Já teda ano! Poslední dobou si ale začínám psát seznam věcí, které se dají za ten den REÁLNĚ stihnout a na konci dne si nad seznam sednu a odškrtnu si, co sem stihla. Mám tak jasný důkaz, že nejsem úplný lenoch a hlavně mám ze sebe dobrý pocit. Dle mého na nás dnešní doba klade někdy až příliž vysoké nároky a jelikož je nemůžeme splnit, protože sme samozřejmně jen lidi a taky musíme někdy spát a odpočívat, tak se pak cítíme méněcenní. A to jako ne 🙅‍♀️

  • **We are now taking registrations for the upcoming 200 Hours Teacher Training Course (Sept-Nov '19). Below, Annette shares her experience of our 200 Hours TTC: .
I have practiced various styles of Yoga on and off for 16 years, but participating in Yogshakti's Teacher Training Course led me to a much deeper place: to discover my own inner teacher.  Shilpa has an enormous depth and breadth of experience spanning both Eastern and Western Yogic traditions. Above all, she supports her students to learn and experience the true beauty of Yoga for themselves, not just the asanas. It was important for me to discover the higher purpose of Yoga which is to realise our true nature - to begin to come home to myself. 
Throughout the course, the notion that the purpose of Yoga is to create the conditions for meditation resonated deeply, and permeated both our yin and yang practice.  We learnt honoured techniques such as Alternate Nostril Breathing and Bhastrika to calm the breath and still the mind, Kapalabhati to cleanse and tone and allow prana to flow freely through joints, ligaments and muscles. Another major focus of the course was to learn integrated techniques to free the spine, to allow the free flow of energy inside the body. 
Before the course, I was convinced inversions, shoulder-stands and head-stands were no longer possible for me because I am 51 years old and I have mild degeneration in my cervical spine.  But with Shilpa’s guidance, I am now doing both safely and I am continuing to ease into backbends without injury. My neck has not felt so light and free since I was a child. I am forever grateful to Shilpa for bringing the group together, sharing her infinite wisdom, her patience and loving guidance each day. **Please visit www.yogshakti.com for more info on our 200 Hours & 300 Hours TTC.   • Open the door… in total anonymity and be prepared to fall in love with this good vibes sanctuary! There is no space in the design that isn’t worthy of falling in love with. The studio (shala) is all black, with minimal lighting and designed around auditory stimuli, created by Himalayan crystal singing bowls tuned to different chakra points in the body, a ‘hum’ to experience a deeper practice of yoga. 
Un studio de yoga unique en son genre, on se sent un peu comme si on venait de passer dans l’au-delà, l’expérience est très spirituelle, on vibre aux mêmes frequences que les éléments de la pièce et... surtout on choisit l’emplacement de son tapis comme au ciné! Le film était plutôt perché :)

  • Life speaks when one stops to listen.

A few weeks ago, while filming a few courses with @sigismondiphotography for @omstarsofficial we were taking some stills under the watchful eye of this lovely little bird.
___
She was quite curious about the whole process, and as soon as we took the last shot, she flew away, almost in approval of our efforts.
___
Life constantly speaks to us through seemingly insignificant situations .. Reaffirming our direction, or serving to warn us of much needed change.
___
To understand the language of Life, one needs no instruction. Simply by becoming silent, one will begin to see certain instructions for moving forward 🙏🏼
