Camminata veloce + breve corsetta per sgranchire le gambe.....
Tra il bagno di gong di ieri,e questo piccolo workout pomeridiano,mi sento rigenerata. 😊

Приходилось держать не только планш, а и мостик😅 хлипкий какой-то. Кстати это моя  школа🙃, никогда бы не был рядом с этим зданием , но увы площадка прям под ней 😅.Эх вспоминаю как ненавидил ходить туда каждый день.. и как мыл пол постоянно ,  за то что опаздывал на уроки из за турников...
Расскажите свою историю из школьных времён ⬇️

    Приходилось держать не только планш, а и мостик😅 хлипкий какой-то. Кстати это моя школа🙃, никогда бы не был рядом с этим зданием , но увы площадка прям под ней 😅.Эх вспоминаю как ненавидил ходить туда каждый день.. и как мыл пол постоянно , за то что опаздывал на уроки из за турников...

  • 147kg/325lbs single on squat and 86kg/190lbs single on bench. Didn’t execute squat the way I wanted but got it done. Bench has been dramatically increasing this past couple weeks. #Speedy
