  • Retour de vacances et ... à la routine!!! Je dois l’avouer, j’ai vraiment pris une grosse pause durant mes vacances! Je ne me suis pas entraînée pendant presque 2 semaines et ça m’a fait du bien de juste relaxer! Et j’ai aussi lu 4 livres ça fait vraiment longtemps que je n’avais pas lu autant! Ça fait aussi du bien! 
Par contre, je dois avouer que le retour à l’entraînement est tout aussi bon pour le moral et je me sens d’attaque pour le retour au travail 😭😜! C’est pour cette raison qu’hier soir, j’ai préparé mon kit d’entraînement pour être prête ce matin à mon réveil 🙌! Les vacances sont finies et go on repart la routine sinon les excuses seront trop faciles! En plus, un nouveau programme qui commence la semaine prochaine alors ça me laisse juste assez de temps pour me remettre dans le beat et attaquer le programme en même temps que les autres dans mon groupe 💪

Vite je dois filer au travail et je vais pouvoir profiter de la piscine ensuite 🏊‍♀️

  • This is a really good workout for abs if done properly. What i just showed you is not how it’s done but this is mostly just a progress vid if anything. I’m trying to work my way up to:
1. Keeping my legs straight
2. Staying up for longer

Once I get a better grasp on those, that’s another ab exercise in my arsenal I can use to strengthen my core. Next time you see me perform these hopefully it’ll look a lot better 😂 •

The threshold provided by the lead doctors for physical fitness is actually quite low.
•
You could accomplish the requirement laid out by walking 30 minutes 3 times a week and doing 2 sets of pushups, body weight squats, and crunches every morning.
•
THAT’S ONLY 2 HOURS AND 40 MINUTES OF “EXERCISE” A WEEK.
•
I know you desire more than simply being able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded.
•
But why?
•
That’s where your outside interests come into play. I literally mean outside as well.
•
What do you do outdoors that keeps you active and requires a higher level of fitness from you?
•
Pick something if you don’t have one.
•
Some of my clients have picked up things like rugby, surfing, and mushroom foraging. Some of those obviously require a higher level of physical fitness than others...Although it does take a strong back to lift a rotten log and get the mushies under it (deadlifts anyone?).
•
Maybe you just want to coach your kid’s little league team. You could be the coach whose stomach is doing that thing where it looks like a hairy underboob.

OR
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You could be the coach who shows those kids what the possibilities of greatness are by smashing line drives at them during fielding practice and lapping their short legs in base running drills.

It’s your choice.
•
This is about being the best you can be. Maybe your chosen hobby is your way to decompress, clear your head, and enjoy life.

  • I so needed that workout on Monday.... mostly for mental well being! What a way to regroup! Take my gramma go juice, exercise to some beats, and cover physical and mental health.....oh yea. (Chest flies are not my favorite, by the way.)
