A while back we hosted a infused vodka class for making a muscle building bloody Mary. It was delicious and full of herbal goodness to help out aches and pains associated with intense workout and the necessary rebuilding period for muscle growth. 💪

Well, we decided to concentrate that concoction into a raw honey infused tincture. Just a few drops in a glass of water before and after a workout to help super charge your efforts. 
Made with aquaponic grown turmeric root and celery leaves, shitake and reishi mushrooms, black pepper, and just a pinch of cayenne. 🔥

Assign someone to be your healthy lifestyle accountability partner. This can be a partner, friend, or family member. Use these people to help keep you on track for your healthy lifestyle goals. Every person may require different support from these people, from brainstorming healthy meal plans to planning workout routines and pushing you to complete that one last set during a though day at the gym. I am very fortunate to have multiple amazing humans in my life that challenge me and push me to be better every single day. Shout out to one of these humans @melissahunterr for always crushing out 9am workouts with me after a midnight shift, and never saying no to a 10pm power workout after a long day of school. 
Without these people in my life I would not be where I am today. Shoutout to all the amazing humans who have helped me throughout my fitness journey (you know who you are)

  • I believe in a "high five culture". ✋ It’s a celebratory action, you can use it for small things, big things, you can use it for nothing at all and the moment becomes celebratory. It’s pretty amazing.

It makes people feel good. It changes the mood of a group. Being a trainer for so many decades...for me - it's not about creating the "best workout" - it's about creating the "best atmosphere" - one with connection, positive attidues, intense effort and high fives! This one little hand gesture can be so powerful. ✋ If you come to my workouts - you may have to high five me 😉!
