- Sliders working wonders. First time trying these and WOW, gonna start doing these as part of my warm ups! Great stretch in the chest and even works the lats a bit, give it a go 💪🏻💪🏻 also below is my workout today for Day 8 of the Cut!

- 3 warm up sets of 10-6 reps
- 4 working sets of 5-3 reps
- 2 drops sets of 5 reps
2. Weighted dips - 3 sets of 8-5 reps
- 2 drop set of 5 reps
3. DB Shoulder Press
- 3 sets of 10-6 reps
- 1 drop set of 8 reps
4. Machine/Cable Flys
- 3 sets of 10-8 reps - 1 set of 8 reps
5. Superset: Skull Crushers with DB Lateral Raises
- 3 sets of 12-8 reps
6. Superset: Cable Rope Extensions with Cable Face Pulls
- 3 sets of 15-12 reps
7. HIIT Cardio: 8 rounds of 20 seconds all out sprints at max resistance! 40 seconds rest in between rounds

- I started tonight working with low confidence, but I got where I needed to be and walked out feeling a little taller and a little lighter.
My sprints were a little faster and my smile was a little wider. It felt good and it’s only day one on a whole new path, with a whole new goal.
I needed today. I needed to remember that I am still fucking awesome. Lol. I’m strong and sexy and driven. I need to remind myself of that sometimes. It’s easy to get into my own head and feel like a failure. I have been through a ton. I’ve been cheated on, lied to, left, beaten on, impoverished, obese etc. and I’m still here. Hopeful. Pushing. Wanting. Always wanting. #insatiable

The 80/20 rule practices a moderated approach where all foods can fit into a balanced diet. 💡Around 80% of the time opt for whole foods that are rich in micronutrients, such as whole grains, leaner cuts of meat, legumes, vegies, fruits, grains etc and give yourself around 20% of the time where you choose foods that nourish your soul, such as your favourite homemade pasta🍝 or a piece of chocolate with afternoon tea🍫. Be a strict flexible dieter - but not a restricted one ☝
