  • A little #transformation pics. The little changes are the bomb! The first picture was taken in March/19 the second today!I’ve spent 37 years of my life focused in loosing weight and getting fast results. Well, i did accomplished it many times and lost all the progress as fast as I achieved it. Now it’s a new phase! For the past year I’ve been learning that patience WILL PAY OFF! Today I celebrate my #quads  gains! Woot woot! 💪🏼🍑🔥 I’ll be back in 4 weeks! #bodybuilding #bodybuilder #womanwholift

  • Happy Saturday guys! 
My Morning will be spent drinking up my favourite super foods and finishing some meal plans for some girls on my team 👌🏻 They have commit to themselves to start and finish a program so I’m making them up a meal plan with all their favourites so they can enjoy eating & fuelling their body. 
I really believe that nutrition plays a big roll in how successful we are in our journey. I know nutrition can be an area of weakness so I’m trying to help in all the ways I can 😄

As I have said before starting October 7th is our newest on line bootcamp ! “Take your clothes back” if you can commit to me with a program I will do up a menu for you 👏🎉 I am very excited to get back into a pair of pants of mine . I’m excited to feel good in my clothes . 👏 Let’s finish 2019 off with a bang and be ready to tackle 2020 all ready healthy and ready for a good year . I know many of you started a New Years resolutions in January and you didn’t think the year would fly by so fast! Guess what tho.... it did and there is only 3.5 months left so time to get your ass In gear.

Okay to start with, real food is everything that is not labeled or comes from an industrial building!!! Once we are clear on that then we can move on to the rest...
Now, a lot of people specially women, are obsessed with their weight and the way they look they will do and eat anything to look "good", I WAS ONE OF THESE PEOPLE🤷‍♀️. It became a stereotype in our modern society to be "skinny" that all these big billionaires "food" industry started to take advantage of that and started creating and selling "miracle products" and "prepacked" food for these poor desperate people. See there.... THERE IS THE PROBLEM!!!! we forgot that REAL FOOD DOESN'T COME FROM A BOTTLE OR A PACKAGE!!!!! It is easy to get lured by this UNHEALTHY diet and food gurus and and BS. Wake up people!!! Go back to what our parents and grandparent healthy habits, REAL FOOD!!!Back then we had less Cancer, less health issues and less allergies!!!! Make sure what you put in your body is NOT PROCESSED, DOESN'T HAVE CHEMICALS  OR ANYTHING THAT SOUNDS WEIRD! Be cautious about that and believe me you'll start to see the difference. Start your healthy journey by THIS BIG FIVES:

  • Leider haben viele Frauen nach wie vor Angst vor schweren Gewichten. 
Wir wissen aber, daß es empfehlenswert ist mit schweren Gewichten zu trainieren. 
Was bedeutet schweres Krafttraining? 
Wenn wir Kraftsportler von schwerem Training reden, dann haben wir logischerweise eine andere Vorstellung dafür was schwer ist, als Diejenigen, die noch nie Krafttraining gemacht haben. 
Zum Beispiel sehe ich mich unter den Powerliftern als eher nicht stark.
Für Diejenigen, die nicht trainieren oder nur mal ab und zu ins Gym gehen, bin ich allerdings unfassbar stark. 
Für viele ist es unvorstellbar 100 kg und mehr zu Beugen oder 100 kg und mehr vom Boden aufzuheben.

Schweres Krafttraining ist subjektiv.
Es kommt auf deine Erfahrung an, darauf ob du noch Anfänger oder schon Fortgeschrittener bist. Es kommt auf das Training an und wie häufig du trainierst. Auch die Genetik spielt eine große Rolle. 
Man kann immer nur von dem Punkt ausgehen, an dem man sich der Zeit befindet und daran messen was schwer ist. 
Schwer ist also das, was für Dich persönlich schwer ist und nicht was für andere schwer ist! 
Ich erinnere mich noch gut daran, als Ich das erste Mal 60 kg gebeugt habe, daß war unfassbar schwer für mich. Damals war es auch für mich unvorstellbar mal 100 kg zu beugen.

Das ganze ist ein langer Prozess.
Muskeln brauchen viel Zeit zum wachsen, das dauert nicht nur Wochen oder Monate, nein es dauert Jahre. Ja, JAHRE! 
Grundvoraussetzung auch dann richtiges Training. 
Die meisten werden erstaunt sein wie wenig sich tut obwohl man doch schon im Vergleich zu Anfang so viel stärker geworden ist. 
Und selbst nach Jahren sehen wir Damen dann meistens "nur" so aus wie wir es wünschen. 
Fit und Gesund 
Ich bin überzeugt das Krafttraining das beste ist 
was man machen kann. 
Es stärkt nicht nur deinen Körper sondern auch dein Selbstbewusstsein. 
Allein das man im Alter lange fit, stark und somit unabhängig bleibt ist dein triftiger Grund. 
Gibt dem ganzen eine Chance, du hast nichts zu verlieren, nur dazu zu gewinnen. 👍🏽

I didn’t capture all of the events on video but here is the last event of the day, 325# tire flip for time.
This was my first competition as Light Weight Open where I pushed my body a little further in terms of cutting weight (Sucked. Don’t recommend.)
My whole Strong Man team placed and I couldn’t have been more proud to represent Nashville!
