  • It’s harvest time in Catalunya! 🍇
We’re so excited to be launching during the most thrilling time of the year. Harvest might mean the end of the growing season, but for me it has always signified new beginnings. Starting a business is scary and challenging, but also transformative. We look forward to filling our table and many glasses along the way! 🌱
This photo was taken during an unplanned visit to Buil & Giné in Priorat where we dined at their beautiful restaurant and held the last remnants of grapes in our hands. We picked up a few bottles too while we were there. We even got our hands on one of their last bottles of their incredible inky sweet wine. Want to come over and have a glass?

  • 📍Grenache Fest 2019, The Market Shed on Holland, Adelaide.
Another amazing wine event showcasing Grenache and other wines from 25 of Adelaide’s small and boutique producers hosted at @themarketshed ✨🍷 This event is not only for wine lovers, with craft beer, cider and gin also available to taste. We loved the gin from @neverneverdistillingco and these cocktails were gone in a flash 🍹Keep an eye on the @adelaide_wine_markets page for more upcoming wine events!

  • As the holidays season is coming to an end ☀️🏖️I would like to share this photo I took in March this year ⏳in #priorat .
I passed a great time there, walking the #wineyards and even planting one field of #garnacha 🍇🍇 with Salus from Alvarez-Duran winery. The 🍷🍷 wines you can see on the photo are Dual - very nicely drinkable but on the same time complex and we'll balanced wine coming from young vines of two most important varieties of the DOQ Priorat - 🍇 Garnacha and 🍇 #cariñena.
The Terroir X La Tercera - a blend which despite Garnacha and Cariñena has also 🍇 #cabernetsauvignon 🍇 #merlot 🍇 #syrah 🍇 #garnachablanca . It shows the character of Priorat soils and climate in different way, less fruity and more spices, cacao, leather... A good and mature wine 🤤.
🥺 I come back to this memories because in one week I will be back in the zone 😄 - this time in more western part (🎯 Bellmunt / El Molar) - helping ripe grapes to become delicious wine 💪 during the harvest and I hope this time to be the same great or even better than the last time 😬😋 ❤️🍷.

  • As promised, a look inside the gorgeous Vineyard 29 caves, including the library where we enjoyed their limited release wines! You know, I’m a firm believer that a winery experience can be elevated or subpar depending on the educator and boy did Vicki make this experience outstanding. She led us through the wine tasting, which consisted of: •	2016 Cru Cab Sauvignon •	2015 Zinfandel •	2015 Cabernet Franc •	2014 Estate Cab Sauvignon •	2015 Aida Estate Cab Sauvignon
The wines were paired with small bites that complemented them. They also produce a Sauvignon Blanc which I can’t wait to taste at some point! As for the wines we tasted, they were literally all so delicious and had one common descriptor for me - pure and clean. Cheers to Vineyard 29 for getting it right on all levels!
