  • 7/21/19- day 39 and she is wearing her Sunday best... And ready for the Pilates Reformer.  Wish I was... had plans to workout today but used my energy to shop/walk around the mall for 4 hrs.  Got a some new workout clothes from Fabletics.  Excited that Pleasanton has a store.  Only one in Northern CA.  Tomorrow I am trying out a new gym called Obsticourse in RWC.   • I’m sure many can relate to Tarryn’s story: “Up until now, I was struggling really bad. I was tired all the time, I had excruciating pain in my feet that affected me all day, everyday. I was depressed, unhappy with myself, self-conscious, insecure, and always wanting to hide. All this caused me to be a sideline mom that I never wanted to be. I was stuck in a funk, full of excuses and ready to just throw in the towel and accept that that’s who I was, and how it’s going to be. 
Until inspiration and hope presented itself to me. In the form of a friend, who was sharing her healthy lifestyle journey with impressive success.

  • July 19th and 20th, 
Yesterday was a good day! I got off work at 6 am, took a short nap, only to return to the event workday at 8:30 am! Then finished at 6pm and got home at 6:40pm to take a nap and go out AGAIN at 10:10 pm.

I’ve had a rough couple of days due to personal reasons but I’m still looking up! I feel more in control of my future and starting tomorrow I will take my steps and exercise more seriously; I will be rejoining the gym and fabricating a new way of eating that will allow me to fulfill Keto but also gain muscle with strength training. It’s been 2 years since I was dedicated to 4x a gym but I’m losing so might weight I can’t wait to see extra progress from the effort I put in.  I let loose yesterday and allowed myself some carbs and sugar but I walked enough and today I came back strong and had 1/3 of the normal carbs and sugar that I usually have in my day!! I wanted to have less since I had more than usual yesterday and if I was kicked out of ketosis, it is easier to get back. 
Making my own cotton candy was such a treat but I ate only 3 small pieces and then gave it away! 🍬
Rejoiced in some ice cream when I was out with friends and Greek food!

It was exactly what I needed after some bad news. 
I also met a wonderful woman and got her contact, a new surprise regarding Henna is to come next month before my vacation in Saint Maarten and Puerto Rico! 🥰

My 20’s were full of ups and downs and I’m sure the same will ring true for my 30’s and I’m excited to see what’s in store for me. I want to fully love myself as I am and embrace this amazing body, skin and all, and show others that you’re beautiful even when society might tell you differently. * I can’t workout, I don’t have the time⁣
* I can’t eat healthy, it’s too expensive ⁣
* I can’t coach, I’m not even in shape⁣
* I can’t live a healthy lifestyle, my family won’t do it⁣
⁣
What if instead.....⁣
⁣
* We stop making the excuses⁣
* We stop caring what others will think⁣
* We stop putting ourselves last⁣
⁣
And we START⁣
⁣
* Loving ourselves more⁣
* Using personal development to work on our inside⁣s
* Making fitness a priority ⁣
