  • Not a bad day.  Started the day two pounds down from yesterday and I finally made it back to the gym for my boot camp class this am after a few weeks off due to my work schedule.  I typically burn about 500 calories in 50 minutes at this class, so I ended the day with almost 1000 calories burned and 9000 steps.  Now if I could just do more days than not, I’d be making some serious progress.  #noom #noominglikeaboss #downtwopoundstoday #noomnation #weightlossjourney #bootcampworkout

  • Liift4 Week 1 Day 3 is done. Not gonna lie, my arms are still fucked from Tuesday's back and bicep workout. I pushed a little to hard with all those bicep curls. But I made it through today's shoulder workout! Tomorrow is leg day 😨
