  • It's back day. I tried the raw grip liquid chalk today, and this product is amazing. No mess, grip is insane, and you can use it at those whack ass gyms, that don't let you chalk up.

  • Happy humpday! Glutes just like any other muscle group takes time, food and rest! Heavier glute focused exercises work best for me 💪🏼and always train them 3 times a week. some of my favorite exercises for building glutes are:
Hip thrusts (duh lol😜)
Sumo deadlifts
Smith machine frog pumps
What are your favorites?

  • 📣Stop doing THIS to yourself📣⁣
⁣
I bet at least once a day you think...🤔⁣
⁣
"I don't have time to do it all!" ⁣
⁣
"I feel so overwhelmed!"⁣
⁣
"I know I need to take better care of myself but it feels impossible."⁣
⁣
I have a simple answer that will help you focus on what really matters so you feel more confident and relaxed during your day.🔮⁣
⁣
👉🏼 Stop overwhelmed - 3 step strategy ⁣
⁣
✅ Focus on your priorities & values rather than your "to-do list"⁣
⁣
✅ Get your time bsck by blocking it off in your calendar and be firm in allowing absolutely no distractions during those blocked off times.🦁⁣
⁣
Magic happens in the zone✨⁣
⁣
✅ Learn your Activation Code 💫⁣
⁣
Determine the specific actions you need to take daily to top yourself off.💖⁣
⁣
These are your NON-negotiables to keep you in a place where you feel your physical, mental and emotional best.⁣
⁣
Let these slide and the wheels fall off and stress and overwhelm begin to take over.😥⁣
⁣
You deserve to have it all gurl! Be fiercely protective of your time, health and happiness. ⁣
⁣
I love ya and I want you to take care of you💕⁣
⁣
Sometimes you need a little TUFF love to be authentically YOU.💪🏻💖⁣
⁣
Message me if you are looking to create your Activation Code to get your "me time" back.⁣

  • Getting in a habit of exercise is difficult!
-
I recommend slowly getting into the habit of a behavior change. It’s all about the baby steps! You can not expect to get straight into 5 days of gym time and getting your nutrition on point. It would be too hard to get used to the change and staying consistent. -
1️⃣Nutrition: For the first week, improve your diet. Put your main focus on how you are eating, and try to change bad eating habits. Being aware of your intake can be a great first step.
2️⃣Sleep: Make sure you are getting enough sleep! Personally, 7 hours make me feel great and is enough for me to feel reenergized. It’s difficult to train when your body is not well rested.
3️⃣Make exercise a habit: Get used to exercising a certain amount of times a week. Even if you start to exercise 3 times a week, it is better than zero, and you can slowly increase the amount of days after it comes a habit.
4️⃣Stick to a program: Once exercise becomes a habit, stick to a workout program! It can be a simple exercise program, but following it can be a big step!
5️⃣Apply progressive overload: When you finally get into a habit of following a program, apply progressive overload! Start challenging your former self, and beat your last week’s workout numbers! Increase the amount of reps or sets! (Even weight)
6️⃣Permanent change: The goal is to continue exercising and making it part of your lifestyle! With consistency you are going to feel the benefits of exercise! You will feel more energetic and improved mood levels!
-
Baby steps are key! Let me know if you have any questions! I would love to help!

.
📷 First pic is a comparison of my parents and I. (Who do I look like more? 🤔)
. 📖 I’ve read through my family genealogy books of my grandparents from dads side ..
(Swipe for 2nd picture)
And they are descendants from relatives that are originally from Scotland and Ireland.
My great grandma from that side was half Native American.
.
.
📖My moms side (swipe to 3rd pic) are descendants of relatives originally from Spain and Mexico. . 🧐🧐What are YOU made of?

  • Remember- what you do everyday counts way more than what you do sometimes. For every goal! You need to stay on top of your goals, cause no one can achieve them for you, except you 🔥
