  • Wow the coconut oil really gives it a good taste I didn't think it would -Weight Gain Journey Update: Apetamine and Protein have been my best friend the past few months. 
Started at 110lbs in September
I'm 5'4 with very high metabolism.
Today I'm only 133lbs but for me it's huge victory. I'm getting thicker but the fact is although I'm closer to my goal of 150lbs I should be building muscle mass and gaining at a faster rate. I'm not perfect but when I look in the mirror, I see so much growth which motivates me to clarify my journey and stop bullshitting because I can see that jiggle coming back. By this time next week I want to be 140lbs.  I'm still drinking only water and tea, eating high protein bagels and high protein almond milk, and making sure I at least 3-4 full size meals a day. I do fall off the wagon with sugar and dairy every now and then because it's an addiction I haven't broken and I'm not this perfect princess but whenever I f**k up I just get myself back, cleanse my body and mind and move forward. One thing I've set to add to my journey is omega 369 vitamins. 
Fun Fact❣-Did you know that omega 369's are healthy fatty acids that make you gain healthy weight and also balance hormone levels? Thats right, these are 2 things I experienced first hand using fish oil back when I was still using it to grow hair and my butt in 2015.😉 #quicklunch

  • Snack time is the best time when you want to gain healthy weight! The earlier you eat the better, so you’ll have more time to let your food digest for the next meal. I like all of my snacks portable but filled with the right macros ton keep me going In the right direction. The ladies are killing it so far in the challenge. 🙂 What did you snack on today? You usually see a lot of posts about weight loss tips, and ways on how to lose weight. But, what we don’t often see is posts about gaining muscle/weight and the truth behind it. Here’s a few truths I wish I knew in the beginning of my journey, that would have made it much easier (mentally and emotionally speaking).

❌ You’re going to have to ditch the scale. You are going to have to realize that trying to put on some muscle will lead to the numbers on the scale most likely to go up. Just do yourself a favor and get rid of the scale, it’s just a number anyways! And honestly is the worst mindset game a girl can play. .

❌ You’re going to have to be okay with putting on some extra weight. When we put on muscle, we are more than likely going to gain some extra weight, and most likely in areas we do not particularly want. You’re going to have to understand with building muscle, you will gain some body fat and extra weight along with it, just embrace it! Nothing wrong with adding in some extra cushioning, especially if it’s bulking season 🤷‍♀️ extra calories for bulking, means some extra lbs gained, that’s just the hard truth.

❌ You may have to get new clothes, but before you mentally destroy yourself for going up in pants or top sizes, remember you wanted to add on some muscle! Having to go up in pants sizes cuz the booty and thighs grew is a blessing and something you should be so happy about! And if your back and biceps stopped fitting in a size XS/small like mine did, don’t get so angry and emotionally pissed, you purposefully grew your back wider and your arms bigger, so this is a sign you are reaching that goal!

The size on the shirt doesn’t matter. The size of your pants doesn’t matter. The number of the scale doesn’t matter. .

Do you feel happy? Do you feel stronger? Do you feel more confident? Are you happy with the results? YES? Then screw everything else! The goal is to put on some muscle and unfortunately you’re going to have to gain some extra lbs and some body fat to go along with it, embrace it, it’s bulking season, ‘‘tis the season to be thicccc 🍑

  • I distinctly remember feeling the need to readjust my shirt every time I sat or walked past a mirror to make sure my belly didn’t look a certain way or bulge out “unattractively”. It became a habit. Automatic. I didn’t even realize how many times I’d adjust myself in a day until I stopped doing it.

The other day in chipotle I saw a woman do that same adjustment and it was clear she wasn’t even thinking about it. It was just this automatic adjustment. But I recognized it immediately.

I felt uncomfortable in my body.
It wasn’t just that my size felt unnatural to me it was just that I generally felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t sit still. I couldn’t let me body be how it was. I was obsessively tucked into the minds of others wondering what they were thinking of me and if i was “desirable” enough.

No one who knew me would say this about me. I’ve exuded confidence my whole life. In many ways I am. But when it came to my body and living in it - I was not. 
This isn’t about what size is best in general- it’s about ME feeling uncomfortable in the size I was and generally about my entire body. It was a complete rejection of what it meant to live in a feminine curvy, fleshy body. 
So when womyn come to me - tired, frustrated, rejecting themselves - I get it. 
The most important thing to me is to help them fall in love with taking care of themselves. To see it has a sacred ritual. To teach them to lean into their bodies. To look forward to nourishing and moving and celebrating themselves. 
Sometimes this leads to Weightloss and it’s awesome. Sometimes it leads to weight gain and it’s awesome. Always it leads to a more self aware and self loving person.   • Im DONE deleting comments. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but I’m no longer gonna feed into the negative opinions and let it affect the people I’m actually trying to motivate. People love discrediting others hard work. If I didn’t put in the amount of work I put in, getting older and genetics wouldn’t have done much for me at all (minus my boobs cause those just came in on they own lol ) and I’m only 22 years old. There are men and women in their 20s, 30s and 40s who can’t gain weight to save their life. My results didn’t happen over night, a lot of hard work, patience, habit change, and change in nutrition went into this and I am now comfortable in my own skin and more than proud of my results. If you’re struggling like I was trying to gain weight, don’t give up and don’t look for the easy way out. Good things take time. One of my main goals starting next year is to post MORE informative good quality content that’ll be more helpful to those struggling such as my workouts etc cause I know there are many many out there struggling to put on healthy weight.   • Im DONE deleting comments. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but I’m no longer gonna feed into the negative opinions and let it affect the people I’m actually trying to motivate. People love discrediting others hard work. If I didn’t put in the amount of work I put in, getting older and genetics wouldn’t have done much for me at all (minus my boobs cause those just came in on they own lol ) and I’m only 22 years old. There are men and women in their 20s, 30s and 40s who can’t gain weight to save their life. My results didn’t happen over night, a lot of hard work, patience, habit change, and change in nutrition went into this and I am now comfortable in my own skin and more than proud of my results. If you’re struggling like I was trying to gain weight, don’t give up and don’t look for the easy way out. Good things take time. One of my main goals starting next year is to post MORE informative good quality content that’ll be more helpful to those struggling such as my workouts etc cause I know there are many many out there struggling to put on healthy weight.   • Hard work pays off 💪🏽🍑😻 It has been a long journey but I love the changes I see.  I know there are many of you who understand my struggle and can relate to me. Gaining weight it’s actually really hard for some of us, as crazy as it sounds😅🙈 Let’s just put it this way, in two years I gained 10 lbs and this was achieved by working out hard and eating healthy for the most part. Many of you have asked what have I done to gained weight and that’s the reason why I started incorporating my workouts and meals. So go check out my stories to learn more. If I did it, I know you can do it too. So yes, I’m proud of my gains. 💪🏽🙌🏼🍑 .

La verdad ah sido difícil y una jornada muy larga pero al ver estas fotos, me motivo yo misma a seguir adelante.   • Most of you have seen me mention on my story how I haven’t worked out in a month....I lost 5lbs of hard work because of multiple factors. I work ALOT. I’m full-time in school and travel for many car events. It’s super hard to find the time and energy to lift😕 Especially since I don’t eat enough or get sleep. But it’s time to change that❗️

A lot of my friends have been telling me how much I shrunk😔 They said I lost muscle mass and my glutes are smaller. It sucks hearing that but it’s the truth🤷🏼‍♀️ Be thankful for friends that are super blunt. This picture is from 2 days ago when I started being consistent again. 
Everything happens for a reason. God made me fall off for a little to help me realize how much it can affect my mental health and physical looks. Not working out has made me realize the consequences and I’m going to be training even harder now that school will be ending! If you’ve fallen off, get back on👏🏻 It’s only a test to help you get back up and be better than before🖤

After that we have protein. 18 % is very significant. You’ve got to make sure you’re getting enough in your diet to satisfy the cellular demands⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
