  • Turned my “epic fail” morning workout into a kick ass one! 
Forget run, I was unable to even walk (at the pace I like to usually walk) this morning. I gave up after 30 mins of trying really hard...... and you know I don’t give up easy!Didn’t want to waste my morning with an average workout. Jumped into my car & drove myself to the gym & logged in a kick ass 1 hour spinning workout & stretched the very sore muscles responsible for my disastrous run! 
All this was from the crazy kickass yoga class I attended yesterday. I even had to pop in a pain killer to sleep last night. Today’s failed run was also a result of that class!!! So if you think yoga is a low intensity boring workout, let me tell you, hell no!!!! @purawvida fyi

  • Do you have an injury ?
Are you sore from Mondays training? I have the answer Tonights super circuit class is on 6.30pm a combination of weights, battelropes, boxing, resistance bands and more.
Everyone is welcome and its only $10.
If you have an injury we can make some adjustments eg shoulder injury your circuit session can be lower based and we will work on your legs.

Bodytech challengers I know some of you are sore from Mondays training. Remember 
muscle soreness means you have actively worked those muscles embrace this feeling💪
Keep moving, stretching, massage, foam roll, drink water. Still come to training tonight I will have more upper body and core exercises planned for you.
Your work out, Your goals, Your choice I will work around you howvwer one thing I won't work with is excuses .
Remember your WHY REASON why you want to get fitter, healthier overall wellness mind body and soul ❤️
