  • A partire da oggi e nei prossimi giorni ho pensato di darvi qualche suggerimento sui prodotti da forno... che si tratti di pane, focaccia, pizza, torte, dolcetti o biscotti avete già visto nei miei precedenti post che anche in casa si può fare di tutto! Anzi, vi dirò di più... nelle prossime settimane se resterete sintonizzati vi mostrerò come replicare in casa alcuni dei dolcetti/merendine/biscotti più celebri che si trovano nei supermercati: vi sfido a provare a farli e a non scoprire che non c'è assolutamente paragone in quanto a profumo, sapore e assenza di sensazioni di "finto"! 😎 Noi possiamo e dobbiamo mangiare meglio, basta volerlo! Stamattina iniziamo la settimana con una sferzata di energia e di gusto: questi muffin con ricotta, cioccolato e noci pecan sono delle piccole coccole che ci aiuteranno a svegliarci e ci daranno la carica! 💪 Se avete voglia di conoscere ingredienti e procedura della ricetta scrivetemi nei commenti e vi spiegherò tutto!

  • This VEGAN LENTIL LOAF is one of my all-time favorite recipes to make during the holidays and is always such a hit (even with the turkey eaters). 🦃💁🏻‍♀️ ⁣

The lentil walnut mixture gives the loaf texture so you don’t feel like you’re eating mush and don’t even get me started on the maple glaze… it’s pure perfection. 💃🏻💯 The nice thing about this loaf (besides the flavor, which is amazing) is that it holds together really well and doesn’t crumble when you cut it for serving. 🙌⁣

PS: It can be prepped 1-2 days in advance. I just recommend that you prep it fully and keep it covered in the fridge until you’re ready to bake it. ⁣
