  • I’m looking for a videographer to work on a project with me. Must be experienced. Need to have drone experience. Once we can get a sample out together, I’ll be needing 60 videos in 2020 if not more. Must be local, available to travel 3 times this year out of state and a team player ready to grind! Email examples of your work. Jessica@nv.media

  • One of the many things that inspires me about @lyssakayadams? She wasn't afraid to change her trajectory. ⠀
⠀
Lyssa shared her story of following a traditional journalism path, and then looked around and decided she wasn't where she wanted to be. So, she made a change and became a full-time author. I'm not going to lie: For mid-career professionals, that sounds uncomfortable–terrifying, really. But changes, both big and small, shape us into the people we want to be.⠀
⠀
If you feel like you're spinning your wheels at work or at home, take a step back and take a second look at the path ahead. It might be time to start another chapter. ⠀

  • Some behind the scenes action from my last post. Shot with the Canon Rebel t5i. I had a lot of fun shooting this one. I really enjoyed the simplicity of 24 fps and some basic locked-on tripod shots. .
.
One of the best ways to make locked tripod shots look more dynamic is to get as close as you possibly can to the subject matter. I typically like to start my shot as close as possible; if I find that the shot is too close and it’s missing important information about the scene or the environment, I then back up. .
