  • Soooo.... this patties right here is easy, full of proteins and so good! . . Step by step oh baby, swipe ⬅️ . . 20 patties . . 2 pkg of chickpeas, rinsed in water 2 onions 4 grated carrots 4 garlic cloves 3 dl frozen corn (defrosted) 2 dl rolled oats 1 dl pumpkin seed 1 cup coriander Paprika powder Dried thyme 2 tbs flour Salt & Pepper . . 1. Grate your carrots . 2. Put chickpeas, garlic and onion in a high speed blender or in a food processor . 3. Pour in your corn and mix for 10 more seconds . 4. Blend in the rest of the ingredients . 5. Make small patties and roll them in breadcrumbs for a nice crunch . 6. Fry on medium heat,  5 min on each side . 7. Add sides like, avocado, salsa sauce, tomatoes, sallad, spring onions, mayo and some bread . 8. You know the drill..... eat and njoy!

  • Tofu Salad Olvie 🌱 . . Swipe left for step by step video! ⬅️ . . 2 kg potatoes 300 gr vegan mayonnaise 1.5 cup frozen peas 1.5 cup frozen corn 3 big pickles 270g firm tofu  1. Boil the potatoes in a little salt and set aside to cool down. 2. Boil water and pour in the peas and corn. Rinse, set aside and let it cool down. 3. Cut tofu into small pieces and fry with salt and pepper. Press the tofu 15 min before frying. 4. Mash the potato and pour in the mayonnaise. Add peas, corn, pickles, tofu, salt and pepper. 5. Decorate with a little mayonnaise, peas, corn, pickles and tomatoe. 6. Eat with pita bread and some fresh herbs. . Njoy!
