  • I was really torn between a couple of lunch options today, but two ingredient dough won out! I made some sauceless pepperoni and cheese pizza sticks with @bolthousefarms Creamy Roasted Garlic dressing on the side — my newest obsession. This lunch came out to only 6 points! 🍕🥳 1/3 cup self rising flour (4)
1/3 cup nonfat greek yogurt (0)
15 turkey pepperoni (1)

  • Smoked Salmon Sandwich with Goat Cheese (6)
For this sandwich I experimented a bit with the two ingredient dough and added an egg which stretched the dough out a little more and gave a good flavor. If you’ve never made two ingredient dough before, it’s easy! Mix 1 cup of self rising flour and 1 cup of non fat Greek yogurt together.  For this recipe I used a single serve cup of non fat yogurt (a little less than a cup) and one eggs with my one sup SR flour. I divided that recipe into four portions at 3 bites each. Using nonstick on my hands, I flattened the dough into a patty and fried it in the pan on low heat (a few shakes of everything bagel seasoning on each side for me😉). This came out evenly cooked, easy to split into a sandwich, and crispy on the top and bottom. 🙌🏻.   • Tonight I made a spinach garlic chicken pizza. I first cooked chicken breasts seasoned with garlic and Italian seasoning in the instapot. Then I made a thin crust using two ingredient dough. After that baked a bit I added some garlic olive oil, my sliced chicken, some dabs of cream cheese, and drizzled light Alfredo sauce. Next I added a layer of fresh spinach. Topped with mozzarella and provolone slices. On Jess’s side I added sliced mushrooms and sliced red pepper. Next I added more spinach and Italian seasoning. Finished it all off with some Parmesan shreds.   • As promised.... two ingredient dough bagel recipe!!! 🤩😋🤤
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They’re 2-3sp per bagel, as you’ll see in the recipe 😉
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ Preheat oven to 350°
✨ Combine 1/2 cup self-rising flour and 1/2 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt in a bowl with a fork. Make sure you pour the “juice” out of the yogurt if any is collected at the top. Any brand of yogurt works but I personally find that Fage is the best for baking. The mixture will be crumbly at first but that’s ok - keep combining it with the fork
✨ Once it’s combined, knead for 30 seconds
✨ Split the dough into 4 pieces - making 2 slightly larger than the other 2. The bigger ones are 3sp and the smaller ones are 2sp
✨ Roll each dough ball into a snake and pinch at the ends
✨ Brush egg wash on top of the bagels
✨ Put Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning on top of the bagels
✨ Place bagels on parchment paper lined cookie sheet sprayed with Pam
✨ Bake for 20-22 min and then broil at the end for 1-2 minutes

DONEEEEE!!!!! I use mine for sandwiches, with cream cheese, etc. I usually eat 1 that day and save the rest in the fridge. Enjoy! 😘

I’m sure these are already a thing but I didn’t follow a recipe. 
I used Publix cheddar bacon burger patties (2) and cut each patty in quarters, rolled into balls and air fried. 
Then I made 2 ingredient dough (1c self rising flour + 1c FF plain Greek yogurt) and wrapped each burger ball. 
Baked for 20 min on 350. Finished off in air fryer with spritz of Olive Oil for another 10 on 350. 
I estimate* they are about 5-6 💙points per bomb, depending on size. You can use turkey burgers to lessen points.

  • 🌟🌟 Thought I’d share some of my @ww *REFRIDGERATOR* staples with all of you today! { #wwambassador } - Every single one of these items you can find in my fridge 95% of the time.  The other 5% of the time, either my husband or my children finished it off, and didn’t inform me #jerks 😂😂 So...here we go!!

1. @blacklabelbacon - this is precooked, and I buy it at Sam’s Club, because I need my bacon in bulk 😂😂. It’s only 2sp for 3 slices or 3sp for 5! 
2. @hillshirefarm naturals 99% fat free turkey breast is my favorite deli meat ever...and it’s zero points on 💜 and 💙.
3.  Plain non-fat Greek yogurt - I use this mostly to make #twoingredientdough...but I also use it in lots of recipes! Zero points on 💜 and 💙.
4. Fresh produce!! I stock my fridge FULL of fruits and veggies!! I always include at least one fruit or veggie with all my meals, and fresh produce is an easy and quick snack option!
5. @tostitos queso - this stuff is LIFE!! I put it on everything...and it’s only 1sp for ✌️ tablespoons!! 6. @thelaughingcowusa - these little cheese wedges are only 1sp per wedge and come in so many different flavors! Asiago is my favorite...but I love them all! 
7. Turkey pepperoni - Hormel is the lowest point option I’ve found.  You can have up to 25 slices for ✌️points! 
8. @frigocheeseheads lite string cheese - I’m a cheese snob, and these are absolutely the best low point string cheese out there.  Only 1sp for one! 
9. Sugar free jello - 0sp and such an easy yummy snack when you’re craving something sweet! 
10. Olive Garden lite Italian - I put this stuff on EVERYTHING!  It’s great on salad and veggies and potatoes and pasta...seriously, it’s delicious and only 1 point for ✌️tablespoons!
11. @ohsnappickles - my love for pickles runs deep in my soul.  This brand is my absolute favorite...but any dill pickles are zero points and a great snack! 
12. @motts unsweetened applesauce - this stuff is gold.  Especially the cherry flavor. Zero points! 🙌

Or, I changed my world at the very least!😆😜 Two-Ingredient Dough Taco Pizza was 🤤 drool worthy and half was only 8️⃣sp!!! 💃🏼🎉♥️ Crust (6sp), fat free refried beans, pinto beans, ground turkey taco meat, a lil’ queso (2sp), 1/2 cup red. fat mozzarella cheese (5sp), lettuce, tomatoes, and black olives (2sp). ✨Trust✨ ... y’all want to try this ASAP!
