33 dagen! Kan het gewoon niet geloven en ook hoe opgeblazen ik was door die koolhydraten jeetje mina bah bah.
En wat voelde ik mij ellendig met mezelf.
Maar nu. 👌🏻 Ik moet er ook niet aan denken om weer zoveel koolhydraten te eten.

And how miserable I felt with myself.
But now. 👌 I shouldn't even think about eating so many carbohydrates again.

Question, what do you think the moon and star light offer to our health? Is it possible that it's essential to our physical and spiritual development? In studying nutrition and seeing how farmers who grow food organically plant a few days before a full moon become stronger and more productive, and those sown as the moon is waning tend to be less so.
The gardeners claim that the gravitational force of the full moon affects the level of groundwater in the soil, just as it does the level of the oceans with more water being drawn up into the soil during a full moon, any newly-sown seeds are boosted by the increased hydration.
Plants are also said to benefit from the bright light reflected from the sun by a full moon, with some farmers claiming lunar changes cause distortions in the Earth’s magnetic field that can encourage or limit plant growth. If you consider that man is made up of more than 80% water it's very likely that we are effected just as much as the plants. But How? Just something to think about I believe in order for us to reach the next level of health, we gotta go beyond counting calories and just lifting weights.”

I wrote that on this day 4 years ago. The power of the mind is real. It’s amazing how many things had to shift in my outer world in order for it to match my inner world. It took 4 years to manifest like a bamboo tree. Key points here are monitor your thoughts because you will sow what you reap. Second, is be patient and trust divine time. Sometimes you need more time to get prepared for the desire of your heart. In 2015 I wouldn’t of been ready to take advantage of the opportunity in front of me today. There is a difference between wanting something and preparing for it🌱👑.

The reason why I had to reverse diet is because of my hormones. I got blood work done & found out a lot of deficiencies. I also suffered from vitamin D deficiency like most do but my levels were too low. I’m also taking care of my vitamin D & other nutrient deficiencies with the help of supplements. It’s been a few months since I started working on improving my health & I already feel so much better 👏🏻

Looking shredded and being healthy are two different things. Having visible abs doesn’t make you fit and healthy. A lot of other things matter as well like your mental health and how you’re body is feeling.

Here’s my current diet & training:
.
Diet: My diet is very flexible. If you follow my story then you know I don’t restrict anything from my diet. I have kept macro goals, so I eat accordingly. I do keep track of my calories but I don’t let it control what I eat.
Majority of my food choices are nutrient dense foods that are going to help me stay healthy & fuel my body, but I also eat what most people consider “junk food”. This has been working for me so it’s what I am going to stick to, as it doesn’t let me go and cheat and hamper the progress I have made.
.
My training: I’m currently lifting 5x a week and the only cardio that I do is walk about 10,000 steps daily.
My overall activity is the same but I’m spending an hour in the gym & more time outdoors being active.

I am currently on a calorie deficit and I’m playing it safe & taking it easy in hopes of fixing my hormones ❤️
