  • My name is Kendra Ollinger and this is my Thrive Experience update with SCULPT! 
I am on day 11 and let’s just say that I am sold and can not wait to see where I am at at the beginning of 2020! 
The first day I started with my women’s capsules, (plus added my new SCULPT capsules), followed by our lifestyle mix and put my DFT ULTRA on! I then took a capsule 30 minutes before my workout and let’s just say, “I crushed my workout” and felt like I was on top of the world!! I then took another SCULPT capsule at bedtime! 
Day 5, I was noticing intense focus and almost like my life was in HD, it’s so hard to describe! 
Day 10, I got home from vacation and the scale was lower, yes lower! I am not bloated and just feel toned... You all know what vacations can do to a body, it did the opposite! 
I have never taken amino acids before, but I feel like my body is firing on all cylinders and instead of waiting until January 1st to start goals, I will be one step ahead and not letting the holiday pounds creep on!

Or you can allow your tragedy to transform your narrative into the success story you were always meant to write, while they eat the empty bitter words they've been whispering this entire time anyway. But you can't have both. Sometimes you reach a point and have choose, what parts of yourself are you willing to discard and leave behind in the dry  desert Dust, as you search for a garden where you can actually grow? Do you want to always be called a weed, or to be seen as appreciated as the flower you already are? I'm leaving that it's a choice.

  • Morning confession:

I've set a lofty goal for myself in 2020: 5 competitions.

My initial cost estimate tells me I can't afford it, not even close. My knees wonder if I'll be able to keep up the pace. A voice in the back of my head whispers, what's the point?

I wrote it down on the goals page of my Journal for the Whole Dance Journey anyway.

My goals and dreams always tend to be bigger than my reality. Which means I fall short a LOT.

I set big goals anyway.

In this life, we can try to just survive or we can try to thrive. I tried just surviving and I ended up miserable, depressed and divorced. So I set my sights on thriving. Even when I know realistically, there's no chance of success. Except that I have succeeded.

In 2014 at my 2nd ever competition, the Holiday Dance Classic, while we were waiting to dance our scholarship, I told Teacher it felt bittersweet. I loved competing so much, but I couldn't afford it. Holiday would probably be my last comp.

I've done 12 more competitions since then.

So dream big, dancers. Even if you miss your goals, you'll thrive on your journey.

I am also sure that at one point in our lives we were connected to it without knowing and as life changes we lose sight  or interest and begin to focus more on what  makes the most sense. We get caught up in tradition  and expectations that we feel obligated to meet.

In life there are experiences that we must have  there are detours that we must take ,and there are set backs that we must face. WHY? Because they are the pages to our story, they are the very things that one day we can and will appreciate.

As we approach  the end of a another year let's  not wait for a new year to choose a new beginning.

Die anderen, die jetzt noch mal richtig, was reißen wollen. Es sind noch 6 volle Wochen und die wollen genutzt werden. Es geht noch viel in 2019!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Zu welcher Gruppe gehörst du? Was willst du dieses Jahr auf jeden Fall noch durchziehen?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Ist es vielleicht der Newsletter, den du schon lange aufsetzen willst, aber es sind immer andere Dinge wichtiger? 🙄 An erster Stelle natürlich die Kunden. Dann täglich posten, eine Challenge machen, Facebookgruppe betreuen, Live gehen, Blogartikel schreiben, Programme entwickeln, Onlinekurs erstellen, Grafiken erstellen usw. usf. Du hast einfach keine Zeit, um dich um die Einrichtung zu kümmern. Und so richtig Bock hast du darauf auch nicht. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Und ohje, das Freebie, das du schon seit Monaten vor dir herschiebst. 🙈 Du weißt, dass es gut wäre, das endlich anbieten zu können. Es würden sich noch so viele Möglichkeiten daraus ergeben. Aber ach, das ist so aufwendig und du weißt auch eigentlich gar nicht genau, was du da tun sollst.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

NOTICE
That you are in a pattern of thought that's not helping, how do you Notice? It feels helpless with no end.

SPEAK KINDLY 'I am in a rut again *normal; when navigating these feelings is tough, but they do pass if you have a helpful way to self manage, give yourself a break❤'

AWARENESS
Write down the thoughts that are going around with no end.

🗨'I'll feel better once I've DONE it'.
💬'I don't FEEL like doing it'.
.
Neither are going anywhere as just thoughts, an action is required if there is to be ANY change. We need a new perspective. The belief that in emotions we are unable.
.
UNDERSTANDING 
An emotion is natural, our lives are supposed to be with challenges, without them there would be no growth no excitement. Emotions are our way of navigating these challenges. If you feel sad there is a cause, if you feel anxious there is a cause & the emotion is the emotional consequence. When allowed through acceptance they will pass. Doesn't mean it's easy, but it means we are human, not broken.

NEW IDEA/Perception
'I accept, & adopt self compassion, experience the emotion but, I don't allow a feeling to decide my actions, I will DO what I NEED to feel better. Feelings WILL pass.'
.
PRACTICE 
The only way to learn is to be doing what you are learning. Always learning! Without practice you will never know.

DIFFERENT OUTCOME
My wellbeing is no longer self negotiable based on how I feel.
I feel but I choose actions that ensure my present & future wellbeing😍
No waiting for anyone to do it for me🤗

Anxiety & gratitude do they go together?
.
The perception that has helped the most is that I am grateful for anxiety.
.
To me it's like.
.
👉Pain when you have broken a leg. If I wasn't in pain I wouldn't know it was time to seek some help, or look at what I was doing that causes the pain in my leg. It's not time to blame my leg for being a leg, or my body for pain. It's a sign I'm in need.
.
👉Anxiety.
When I'm anxious it's time to look after myself. It's not time to blame me or my mind & body.  It's time to get a bit of support & look for the reasons why I'm feeling anxious. Not so I can label myself, but do I can learn what I am in need of & what needs to change.
.
I'm GRATEFUL because if I didn't experience anxiety I wouldnt get a sign that these causes are no good for my overall wellbeing. Then I wouldn't look for causes, then id be feeling worse.
Without it I wouldn't have seen the need to change & to grow.

I used to absolutely hate my belly. I hated having little rolls when I sat down and that stubborn fat on my hips.. I have come a long way and I am so content with where I am now. I may not have chiseled abs (maybe one day) but I’m learning to love my body throughout the process. I don’t starve myself, I am WELL FED. Especially while being home. I have a dress fitting in a couple of days and I’m glad my thrive has my back while I enjoy all my hometown favorites.

CF has ravaged my 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 body for 40 years and I sometimes forget it’s not just my lungs that have been greatly affected. Things are definitely moving out of my sinuses, my lungs, and my GI. There’s no such thing as TMI when it comes to CF talk. 🤪🤮💩 I view this all as a positive! ⁣

I will have a more detailed week one update for you after tomorrow, but I wanted to check in and let you all know that things seem to be going really well and headed in the right direction. I am so grateful I am tolerating this drug and seeing things change already. ⁣

I am hopeful that with each day my body will continue to change and thrive on Trikafta! Thank you for all your love and support! Seeing you all cheer me on is so motivating and warms my heart. Breathe out Love! Xo❤️⁣
