Pileća prsa bez kostiju 4 komada

Za marinadu: 
Sok od jednog limuna
1 kašičica soli
1 kašika crvene paprike
1 kašika belog luka u granulama
1 kašičica bibera
1 kašičica suvog bosiljka
1 kašika začina za piletinu

Za pohovanje:

2 veća jaja
1 kašičica soli 
200 gr prezi @vegaadm 
1 kašika crvene paprike 
1 kašičica belog luka u granulama
1 kašičica bibera 
Priprema :

Meso iseckati na kockice, pa dodati sok od limuna i začine. Izmešati da se svuda raspodeli podjednako. 
Ostaviti u frižideru sat vremena. 
Jaja umutiti viljuškom i dodati so. 
U činiji pomešati prezle sa začinima. 
Kockice piletine uvaljati u jaja, pa u mešavinu sa prezlama i pržiti u vrelom ulju dok ne porumene. 
Kao prilog sam napravila krompir, koji sam kuvala 15 minuta, zatim ga iseckala na kolutiće, premazala mešavinom maslinovog ulja, kašičicom bosilljka i jednom kašičicom soli i pekla po 10 minuta sa obe strane. 
Ideju za krompir mi je dala @tanjicinakuhinja koja ima divan recept za sličan, samo hrskav ☺️💕 Prijatno ❤️

  • Happy holiday baking season!🤶🏼🥄
You know it’s socially acceptable to break out the Christmas decor once Starbuck’s brings out the holiday cups and cranberry bliss bars. And my copycat version is a must try this season👇🏼
~INGREDIENTS 
BASE-
• 2 sticks softened unsalted butter • 1 & 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
• 2 eggs • 1 tsp orange extract • 1/2 tsp orange zest • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1/2 tsp ground ginger • 1 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 2 cups all purpose flour • 1 cup dried cranberries • 1 cup white chocolate chips 
FROSTING- • 8 oz cream cheese • 1 & 1/2 cups powdered sugar • 1/2 tsp orange extract • 1/2 tsp orange zest • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • handful of dried cranberries to top • melted white chocolate to top ~DIRECTIONS
•Preheat oven to 350 and line a 13x9 baking dish with parchment paper •beat together butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs, orange and vanilla extract, and zest, beat until smooth. •Add in ground ginger, baking powder and salt. Then slowly beat in flour until blended. •fold in chocolate chips and cranberries with spatula
•pour mixture into pan and spread out evenly, then bake 20-22 minutes until edges start to golden (you can stick a toothpick in the middle and if it comes out clean you’re good to go!)
•while base is baking, grab a new bowl and beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until completely mixed together. Add extracts and zest.
•once bars are done, add to cooling rack and allow to cool completely before you add the frosting (keep frosting in the fridge during this time)
•once you add frosting, top with more cranberries and drizzle the melted white chocolate.
•place base with frosting in the fridge for 30-45 minutes.
•take out and cut up into squares or triangles to serve, and enjoy!🤩

  • vegan challenge is over 🌱

... tbh it will be over in six hours. I‘ve been eating #vegan for one week which wasn‘t too hard at first, because I often eat vegan meals anyway. Meal prep was easy, but what turned out quite hard was getting in my daily protein. Vegan protein bars and shakes will never be my favourite. 🤢 However, if you have any recommendations for me proving me wrong, I‘d love to try them. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Vegan protein bowls that come in powder consistency on the other hand are my new favourite discovery. All you have to do is mix the powder with plant milk and let it sit for about one minute. It will thicken and turn out as delicious breakfast (picture above 🤤). Eating vegan for a week has been an alternation in my nutrition. I couldn’t imagine being vegan for the rest of my life, but as a little challenge in the meantime it’s totally fine. However, I‘d be down to eat some delicious steak again. 🤭

Die vegane Challenge ist vorbei 🏁 ... in sechs Stunden genau genommen 😅 Eine Woche lang habe ich mich vegan ernährt. Da ich ohnehin ab und an nach veganen Rezepten esse, ist es mir nicht allzu schwer gefallen, meine Mahlzeiten vorzubereiten. Allerdings habe ich tierische Produkte schon vermisst, gerade wenn es darum geht, auf mein Eiweiß zu kommen. Übrigens werde ich mich mit veganen Proteinriegeln und -Shakes wohl nie anfreunden 🤢 wobei ich mich gerne vom Gegenteil überzeugen lasse. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Allerdings bin ich ein Fan von veganen #Proteinbowls geworden (siehe Bild 🤤), die erst aus Pulver bestehen und mit Pflanzenmilch angerührt, andicken und zu einer Art Pudding fürs Frühstück werden.
Alles in allem hat die vegane Woche Abwechslung in meine Ernährung gebracht. Ich könnte mir niemals vorstellen, für immer vegan zu sein, aber die eine Woche hat sich als interessantes Experiment herausgestellt. Um ehrlich zu sein, hätte ich aber auch kein Problem, mittlerweile wieder Steak zu essen. 🤭
