- The end of The Grand Expedition is officially in sight.
On 6th July 2019, the last Aeronauts will embark on this amazing adventure.
This project has been an epic journey for the team, as well as the 17,000 who have taken to the skies. As a creative endeavour, this is easily Gingerine's boldest to date. Years in the dreaming, many months in the building, we wanted to push immersive dining to the next level using technology and artistry to recapture the magic of bedtime stories.
As with any attempt to push boundaries, it had challenges. It defied audience expectations meaning we're even more proud of the result. It is completely original and stayed true to our vision. Most importantly, it is celebratory. Oh, and the food is delicious.
