  • Yesterday was a complete write off, I don’t know whether I had a virus or something else but I had severe nausea and lower back ache ALL DAY so spent any time the baby was at nursery or napping here... there was no cleaning and no eating for the entire day and anytime I had the baby was a struggle 😩
Not feeling nauseous today though, just drained and weak - I don’t think my food choices will be good, but meh, it’s one day where I’m feeling dreadful! I’ll get back on it tomo!

Well... a gain is a gain. There is no hiding it, I’m 1.5 pound heavier than I was last week. It’s official guys, I’m still a fatty 😂😂 Maybe I should leave the wine, chocolate, donuts and sweets out for a while 😂🌈💕

  • 40g porridge oats (healthy B / 149kcal) with 200ml oat milk (part healthy A / 106kcal) microwaved for around 2 minutes. I’ve been to weigh myself this morning (will update soon 🙄) and was coming straight to a baby group afterwards so popped it in a Tupperware to have at some point in the morning.
Except Emilie fell asleep just as we arrived at the baby group so I’ve been sat in the car for half an hour, eating my breakfast and listening to the audiobook of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire 🔥
