- HONESTY POST 🤷🏻♀️ I saw this a few weeks back on insta and thought it would come in handy for those days where you eat and feel guilty afterwards.
I have ate half a tub of Ben and Jerry's tonight and had a few treats. As soon as I totted up the syns, I felt like I'd thrown my whole week and thought sod it I'll eat what I want alll week now and start my holiday early.
THEN I remembered this picture. We all have those days, but we carry on ❤

- Tea - chippy style. Quorn nuggets 0.5syns each. Sw chips and mushy peas. If your from the midlands you will understand how I urged for a pea mix. So made the chips, cooked the peas, poured them over the peas and wrapped them in foil for a while to all to mushy. Was gorgeous!! #fakeaway #sw #swman #slimmingworld

Starting up regular exercise has meant that my weight stalled. Throw in star week and it’s game over 🙄
I had quite a lot of water retention but I wasn’t letting it get to me. I knew it would settle and I would have a bit of a whoosh. Just goes to show that you should always trust your body. If you’re burning the calories and you’re eating all the good food then it will happen. Science says so. I’ve had quite a few DM’s from people who are exercising and are wondering if it’s worth it. I’m not going to get in to the technical reasons for bloating/water retention when exercising (particularly when you’ve not been at it for long) because I’m not an expert/ I don’t want to bore you all/ does anyone actually care?!But what I DO know is that eventual weight loss isn’t the only benefit of exercise. My mind has honestly been the clearest it has been in a while. Life is busy but I feel like it’s slotting in to my routine perfectly. There is honestly no better feeling than blasting some hardcore music and just going for it 🙌🏼 If it takes a little longer to get to target because of fluctuations then that’s bloody fine by me. I’m determined to just enjoy this last part. There’s no rush and balance is everything. Heres to another perffffect week ⚡️🔥
