Powered down boiler , adjusted valves for chilled water use, inspected all solenoids , exvs, contactors, Dryer cores, amps, volts, pressures, temps, fan motors and compressors. Washed coils and recorded all data into a tablet inspection form. Made notes of any needed repairs.   • Transformation Tuesday's aren't always easy to post,🙌🏻 BUT I think about that ONE person who is in the same situation I was in... If I could just reach HER, it's all worth it!

Found this gem of a picture on the left when my daughter was going through pics on my phone (did you know the phone creates slideshows for you??) 🤷🏻‍♀️. That’s me 4 years ago - looking pretty comfortable in my summer jeans!! Right? A couple years after having kids, I found myself a bit older and with a much slower metabolism than I had before kids. I was never a healthy eater and my metabolism just couldn’t keep up with the choices I was making. I’d finish my kids’ dinners and then snack on cereal and cookies all evening. -
Maybe if I felt energetic I wouldn’t have minded this all so much, but I was feeling as slow as my metabolism🚶🏻‍♀️! I was lacking confidence, energy, and just didn't feel that great about myself😞... When my kids asked me why I was too tired to play with them, I knew I had to make a change immediately⚡️. .
First I got a fitbit and started counting calories with what I ate. I lost a couple pounds, but when I had my 2pm coffee and chocolate bar, I decided I would just eat less dinner 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ and at the end of the day was still just as grumpy and tired as I was before. -
I’m so thankful for my coach, who had shared her own transformation pic. In truth, I was kinda sorta interested and not really committed - but then I started feeling and seeing results and I was hooked!

I didn’t have to count or track calories or points and I learned which foods to eat and when so that I won’t NEED the afternoon chocolate bar to avoid falling asleep at my desk at 2pm! I’ve got two (maybe more!) beach vacations this year and I refuse to be stuck in jeans all summer because I’m uncomfortable in my body...
