  • 🇩🇪gesundes essen ist teuer. als ich gestern nach dem sport etwas zu essen suchte, kam ich an einem laden für salat vorbei. die werbung mit dem “gebackenem tofu” wirkte sehr einladend nach dem workout (gute proteinquelle). als ich ihn mir bestellte und mit ansah wie er zubereitet wurde, traute ich meinen augen nicht. ich bekam nicht nur eine riesen portion salat, sondern auch die auswahl an toppings war riesig. alles für 8.50€ und das mitten in berlin. aus spaß googlete ich wie teuer im vergleich ein mcdonald’s menü ist und war erstaunt das ein menü dort über 9€ kostete. die aussage das gesundes essen teuer ist trifft somit nicht zu. 🇺🇸 healthy food is expensive. yesterday after the gym i wandered around to look for something to eat. i passed a location we’re they serve salads and they had a sign with “baked tofu” in the window that cought my attention, specially after a workout (good source of protein). as i ordered my salad and saw how they prepared my bowl, i couldn’t believe my eyes. i got a huge portions of salad and also toppings and everything for just $9.41. out of interest i googled what a mcdonald’s menu compared to that would cost and was surprised that it was $10.20. so healthy food apparently isn’t always expensive

ALFAJORCITOS DE MAICENA RELLENOS #bycamichamy

🔹1 taza de maicena
🔹3/4 taza de harina de avena
🔹1 cdta de polvos de hornear
🔹Ralladura de una naranja o limón
🔹3 yemas
🔹4-5 cdas de aceite de oliva o coco
🔹1/2 taza de endulzante o azúcar de coco yo use @naturalist_endulzante bake stevia
🔹Chorrito de leche de almendras o agua (solo si es necesario)
🔹Dulce de leche sin azúcar. Yo prefiero @virginiadonavicky o @losnietitos,  pero usen el que quieran, también pueden usar mantequilla de maní o manjar de dátiles lo que quieran para rellenar.

☝Manos a la obra!
Mezclar en un bol grande el aceite con el endulzante y revolver bien. Ir agregando las yemas una a una y seguir revolviendo hasta integrar. Luego agregar la ralladura de naranja y mezclar nuevamente.
Tamizar con un colador las harinas (opcionalmente) con los polvos e ir incorporando a la mezcla de a poco hasta integrar y formar una masa compacta. Si lo quieren hacer mas rapido solo pongan las harinas y mezclen. Amasar bien un rato hasta formar una bolita con la masa. (Si creen que esta muy seca le pueden echar un chorrito de leche de almendras o agua o lo contrario un poquitito mas de harina o maicena)
Luego uslerear la masa con un papel de plástico arriba para que la masa no se pegue al uslero. Cortar circulitos⭕, estrellitas⭐, corazones❤ o lo que quieras! Llevar a una placa de horno con lámina de silicona a un horno pre-calentado a 180° por 8-10 minutos o hasta q los bordes estén levemente oscuros. OJO!👀 Estén muy atentos porque se queman rapidísimo.
Sacar DEJAR ENFRIAR! (Porque calentitas son muy fragiles) y luego rellenar con dulce de leche.
Y listo! Ya tienen los mas ricos alfajorcitos de maicena para disfrutar este 18🇨🇱!
Sin azúcar y sin harinas refinadas😊😍

🗒️ INGREDIENTS-
🌿1 cabbage
🌿500 g/ 17,5 oz mixed pork/beef
🌿1 onion, finely minced
🌿2 garlic cloves, finely minced
🌿2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
🌿2 tbsp tomato paste
🌿800 g/ 28 oz chopped can tomatoes
🌿Salt & pepper
🌿150 g/ 5,3 oz grated mozzarella cheese
🌿Olive oil & butter

👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS
1. Parboil leaves in salted boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Drain and remove excess water with a towel, and divide the cabbage into single leaves. 
2. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan, fry the minced meat in it and add the chopped onions and the parsley. (5 minutes)
3. Add the garlic slices and tomato paste and fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add the canned tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook the sauce for at least half an hour with the pot open.
5. Place a layer of cooked cabbage leaves in a buttered oven dish. Spread some bolognese ragù on top. So fill the mold layer by layer.
6. Sprinkle thickly with grated cheese, place butter flakes on top. 
7. Bake the lasagne at 180 ° C in the oven for about 30-40 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

Macros per serving: 350 calories, 2,5g net carbs, 35g fat, 6g protein.

INGREDIENTS: 8 servings 
ICE CREAM:
2 cups (5 dl) heavy cream
3 egg yolks
1/3 cup (0,8 dl) erythritol
2 tbsp melted sugarfree chocolate
3 tsp cocoa powder
3-4 tbsp peanut butter
Optional: chunks of peanut butter cheesecake dough
CHEESECAKE DOUGH:
1/4 cup (0,5 dl) peanut butter
2 tsp butter
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp erythritol
___________________
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. ICE CREAM: Add egg yolks and erythritol in a bowl. Mix with an electrical mixer until as fluffy as can get. I did 8-10 minutes. 
2. In a separate bowl, mix cream until lightly whipped. Should be fluffy, not heavy whipped. 
3. Mix in the melted chocolate and cocoa powder.
3. Slowly blend cream into egg yolks with a large spoon. You want to keep as much air as possible.
5. Carefully blend in peanut butter one tbsp at the time. Don’t do it perfectly, you want to find swirls of peanut butter :) 6. Throw in little chunks of peanut butter cheesecake dough.
6. Pour the mixture in a jar of some kind and put in the freezer overnight. 
PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE
1. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix with an electrical mixer until fully blended and put in fridge for 10 minutes. .
