  • ABS + CARDIO (do I see a baby bicep coming in?!) Yooo, so being 100% real, I have never had DEFINED abs. I can make you think I have them with certain angles, twists, poses, but nah fam...it’s a real illusion 🤪

But that’s something we’re going to work on this year! It’s okay to have a starting point...and it’s incredibly difficult seeing other women with rock hard ab lines/6-packs. BUT GUESS WHAT...we are NOT all built the same! My abs are going to look different than the girl next to me...SO WHAT?! That’s what makes us unique!

So these may not be the prettiest videos, but they are the most genuine with nothing to hide!

START (not in order): TREADMIL (12 MINUTES) - RUN :15 & REST :15 (start at 5.0-6.0 and increasing speed by .2-.4 every time you hop back on). If you’re looking to sweat & really push yourself, I HIGHLY recommend this.

END W/ ABS: (all three vids: 4 rounds X 20 reps)

I hope y’all have an incredible weekend filled with relaxation. You’ve worked hard, now it’s time to sweat it out & chill tf out.

Well hello everyone! It’s been a minute since I’ve posted a workout. I promise we’ve been going at it, just haven’t been pressing the record button & documenting.... MY B!⁣⁣

But I will say working out with someone is so much more motivating than doing it by yourself (would you agree?)⁣⁣

I’m happy to have a man in my life who pushes me and makes going to the gym a priority...it makes it much easier to go than to skip a day 😬⁣⁣

TODAY’S WORKOUT: 30 SECOND SETS/NON-STOP (2 rounds)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1. Dumbell Swings ⁣⁣
2. Around the world/weights & ab focus (4/5 times each direction, really engage that core)⁣⁣
3. Speed Skaters⁣⁣
4. Mountain climbers (modify as needed- Seth’s lower back is SHOT so he has to raise his booty UP)⁣⁣
5. Jump Lunges ⁣⁣
6. Jumping Jacks⁣⁣
(NOT VIDEO’d) 7. Plank⁣⁣

Throw on a sweatshirt & do this bad boy twice...it’s the perfect way to get a quick sweat in before or after work! 🥰⁣⁣
